Oily but a good oil
Still the best tasting and expensive if you think by the pound! Make sure that the expiration date is not out of date! (Due to the amount of oil in the container)

The almonds were a bit oily but very tasty.

Expensive but SOOOO yummy.
I have a few of these almonds in the morning with my coffee. Keeps morning hunger at bay, healthy and so good.

Received not able to eat
Received today with an expiration of less than one month. Almonds were an oily mess with a brown liquid in the container. It was beyond gross and surely not edible.

Prepacked Tastes Just as Fresh as Store-Packed
Although I usually buy Mitica marcona almonds when they are packed by Whole Foods, the store was out of that version and instead had this prepacked version. I went for it. These taste just as good and as fresh as the ones I usually get. Like those, the almonds are coated in sunflower oil and sea salt, making them a bit messy. Have cocktail napkins on hand. The flavor of marcona almonds is out of this world and nothing like ordinary almonds. I'm not a huge fan of regular almonds, but I cannot get enough of these. Good quality
Quality is very good. I ordered these because Trader Joe's only has flavored Marconas: Truffle and Rosemary. I like the nut without flavoring.
