CUFF Lisa Smart Pendant Necklace, Silver

The advertisement and the box stated that you could download the application from Apple or Google. But the company went out of business and the application is not supported. Therefore I was sold this item that can only be used as a decorative necklace and not for it's true purpose. I feel totally misled

I'm still getting familiar with my Cuff but love the Lisa - looks like a classy piece of jewelry. I'm a Realtor and this is a great "risk management" option as l often meet clients at vacant homes as well as holding open house events where you never know who may come in.

company is out of business and i cannot find instructions how to activate it anywhere

I bought this one for my daughter because I worry about her walking home late at night. She says it is better than mace and would like to purchase another one in gold. I have the sportsband version and am very happy with it. I would like to see additional styles. The price is unbeatable.

This device is no longer supported by the company that makes it. Cuff has gone out of business, downloading the app does you no good because their servers arent allowing new signups to be processed as they are no longer being paid for. The designer of some of the leather pieces says she was swindled out of her services, was never paid, and she was never even given credit as Deepa claims to have designed them herself. anyway, its unfortunate because this device from what i've heard when it worked, it was perfect. I really needed something like this and it crushes me because now ill have to settle for an ugly product with half the functionality and customization. more than getting my money back, I want a replacement suitable for my needs.. I hope someone buys up the company and fixes their infrastructure so that we can use our devices still.

I purchased the bracelet as a pre order a year ago and it was supposed to do a lot including counting steps and be rechargeable. Because it now only does the alert and has to be replaced in 6 months when the battery dies they sent me this neclace as a bonus. I love the design though I do not wear silver or white gold. Mine does not vibrate when my phone rings and does not show the map or give the audio with my husbands LG G3 android phone, it also does not vibrate when I receive a call like it is supposed to do, even though I have set it to do so. I have an iphone 4s. I sent a help request on Nov 17th (got a reply they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and as of today Nov 22 I still have not heard from them. I asked on their facebook page and they either deleate my post or just ignore it. I am not happy with it so far
