Great fit and operation. You can imagine the plastic bead chain is cheap. Measured with caliper at 4.29mm which means any #10 metal bead chain should work.

Good and strong materials

I bought these to replace CoolaRoo roller end caps. They are the right dimension 1.5"; however, there is no way without grinding out the outside of these and the inside of the CoolaRoo roller to get these to work. They are not "universal" and a huge waste of my time. The CoolaRoo blinds have a large channel that holds the fabric, these have a tiny squared off channel that cannot fit. Also, the chain these use are not one piece and held together with a weak plastic snap on adapter that falls apart with any effort. Honestly, how are these being sold on Amazon?

Works well as long as bottom roller attached to wall is present to maintain chain tension. That item is available separately.

Perfect fit for my curtain. It is even easier to roll up than the metal chain I had on my broken one. Easy install also!

I was about to return this as although I measured my blind diameter and it should have fit it was about 2mm too big.I managed to file it down easily though and it now fits.I have never done any DIY and I managed to fit this blind clutch as the universal fittings were such that I could just screw into the pre existing drill holes.I did need to cut my blind down a little as it is bigger than my existing clutch...any problems are more to do with my blind than the product though.Blind now works beautifully saving me from owning a £100 broken blind.Great product.Just be aware you may need to use a file.

Needed a bit of shaving down/forcing to fit into the roll but maybe I measured it wrong and should have bought a different size. The cord is too long for our window, fortunately we were able to fit on a connector from the old cord so could cut some of it out. Runs much more smoothly than the old one though and coping with the weight of the blind so far
