Can you remove these after sticking them down and will they remove paint from a painted wall if stuck there and removed?

Since the double-sided adhesive on the back of the product has better adhesion, if it is stuck to a place where the paint is easy to fall off, the paint may fall off when removed.

I purchased a set of these but need longer. Can I connect another strip to the red and black wires at the end?

Connecting a longer light strip will greatly reduce the brightness of the end of the light strip due to the problem of voltage drop. So we do not recommend you to do this.
