Personally, I’ll still keep them on hand for emergencies, but I’ll stick to my usual coffee and abdominal massage routine first next time.

Whether you take these chews, the liquid, or the tablets, just make sure you drink plenty of water with them. She says these taste great and she likes that she can bring them wherever she goes. They work well for her. The results aren't instant, but they work quickly enough.

It's way too sweet and tastes like stale candy. It has a horrible after-taste, but it worked very well for me. I'll have to get a different type next time...
