Preema Strawberry Flavouring Essence - 2x28ml ( 2 Pack)

I needed this to make a strawberry frosting for a birthday cake and cupcakes, a bit last minute, it turned up quickly the next day (thanks prime) I always like trying new baking ingredients, and have never tried this brand before so this was a blind buy. I have to say I was impressed, first off by the smell, it didn’t have that really fake strawb smell that some flavourings have, that was a good start! You get a really good amount in the bottles so they’ll last for ages, and the strength seems good, I didn’t need too much to get a decent flavour, which brings me to the taste, I found it really fresh and didn’t taste super synthetic which I hate with a lot of flavourings, and it went down very well with my family and daughters friends they all said the frosting was amazing! Just note that it won’t colour your frosting at all, if you want a colour then your best bet is to add a little red gel. I would highly recommend this flavouring and I’ll definitely try other flavours from this brand and hope they’re just as good. No leaking in the package, great value, great quality, makes yummy frosting, just what I wanted. I’m very happy. 😊 ✨

Flavour is spot on.gives a nice colour too .though added food colour for perfect baby pink shade. Definitely worth buying for good strawberry Flavour.

There is not enough information about this product but it contains a warning of E122 which is a substance that is harmful to children and this information is not visible in the product photos until I received it and I was unable to return it as there is no return option. I poured it down the drain.
