Quick Review: Pros: Great quality for the price. Thick and strong. Adhesive used really does stick to whatever your taping. Cons: Adhesive has a strong smell so if you use it constantly, make sure you wear a face mask or you will get high off this stuff - smells like very weak paint thinner but too much of it will get you high. This is difficult to tear off by hand so either use a utility knife or scissors or those tape dispensers to cut off the ends. Overall I would highly recommend this product. I looked around for the best bang for the buck and this was it. Cheap considering the quality and overall length you get out of it and the tape does not require "retaping" (when you place a tape down but add two or three more layers over it for reinforcement.) I found the thickness of one lawyer was strong enough.

Cristal clear, completely see through, and wonderful at binding. This tape is dependable and good for shipping labels. and at a wonderful value, id recommend it to anyone looking to buy in bulk and save money. While this tape does have an odor its not overpowering, and its almost pleasant to me lol. Its a regular tape smell. Make sure that you press down good to get out all the air and provide a proper bind and you will have a reliable tape. However its not thick therefore i recommend using more than one strip on boxes. Other than that buy this tape! you will not be finding a better deal, or a clearer tape, or a more reliable tape anytime soon. so buy. :) UPDATE: It is August 4th and it has been over 4 months since i bought this tape, and my first roll just ran out. 4 and a half months and i am just getting to my second roll, that's pretty good. I do ship prepare boxes pretty often as well. so this tape is a keeper with others they would only last just over a month before i needed more. At this rate this package will last me well over 2 years.

IT WORKED, BUT DO NOT GET YOUR FINGERS CAUGHT

I have moved...a lot. I have found what tape is good, what is great, and what is trash. For moving purposes this tape simply does not work. It will not stay stuck to dusty or unfinished type cardboard, the kind of boxes moving companies sell for...well moving. You can press it, rub it, smooth it, but frequently it falls back off. With glossy type cardboard this is not so much an issue. For packing/moving I prefer this: Scotch 3850-6 Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape, 1.88" x 54.6 Yards, 3" Core, 6 Rolls also available here on Amazon. With that said I LOVE THIS DUCK CLEAR TAPE! I have used this for a long time for other things. It is fantastic for many types of repairs because it is strong and crystal clear. I have a huge library and every repair is made with Duck HP 260. I add office made bar codes to my books and this tape is how I protect them on the back of the book. Tear a page out of notebook by accident? Double over piece of HP 260 on the edge of the page and re-punch your holes--it will not tear back out again. I have many workshop and office uses and its thickness, crystal clearness, and permanence make this tape one of TWO tapes I buy. Just not for cardboard.

Best packing tape! Reliable, strong, easy to use! I tried using cheap packing tape from the hardware store but it would split into pointy shreds when being pulled off of the roll. I spent more time trying to get the tape started than I did packing. I threw away an entire roll of the cheap tape because it was too frustrating. Duck Tape is worth every penny and saves so much time!

I ship packages often, and needed a cost effective, easy to use, QUALITY product. This tape is PERFECT! It is the perfect thickness to handle without creasing on the packages, and once it sticks it is STUCK FOR GOOD. I always worried about other poor quality brands I had used in the past, because if I made a mistake I could sometimes just peel up my mistake and start over. If I could remove it, I wondered if others could remove it or if it stayed stuck tight for a UPS trip, which, rumor has it, CAN BE ROUGH ;) I won't purchase anything else. Folks who are getting my packages say they arrive in GREAT shape, much better than in the past. If you have a need to ship and want your clients to be happy their packages stayed intact, this is your product! NOTE, I also find because this tape is such good quality a little goes a LONG WAY, a little dab will do you. Instead of wrapping around the whole package to "make sure it stays shut" I now just do the seam on the bottom of the box and the seam on the top. It holds, NO PROBLEM, so I am using much less tape. GREAT PRODUCT, I will be using this Duck brand HP260 High performance grade packing tape from now on.

This tape is durable, sturdy and is easy to use. It does not rip and tear. I get to use every inch of it.... unlike the previous brand I used from a major source. Best tape ever.

I'm impressed with this tape so far, it's strong and comes off the roll almost silently. The tape is so thick you can feel it and really strong. Mainly used for packaging small boxes and satchels and it works perfectly for this application, no more tape getting wrinkled or having to apply multiple layers. The adhesion is good on every surface I've tried it on.

It's thick and strong, and it doesn't shred. It's more expensive than the tape I was using previously, but certainly worth it not to have the frustration factor of rubbish tape.
