Bought these to refill my Purell wall sanitizers in the office. I didn't realize that they needed to be compatible in order to work. I thought it was the batteries so I've thrown out 12 good D batteries over this until I had to do some researching. I was fortunate enough to be able to swap the collar, and lo and behold - it works. FYI - these have the letters GRY, and I needed LDL. Hope this helps you!

This is a good product that is easy to install in the dispenser and the product itself goes on pretty nicely. We use them in our urgent care and my only complaint would be after using a lot in a short period of time, it starts to get gritty while rubbing it in. But really we’ve had no big issues with it.

Installed in my LTX-12 dispenser and all I got was a blinking red light which means either the batteries are low, the container is empty or the incorrect kind. I tried two sets of new batteries and both containers and I still have the same problem. Beware LTX-12 dispenser users!!!!

This hand wash fit perfectly in my Gojo dispenser and is a great value. I've been using it for about 2 months and still have plenty of soap left!! Not only is this a great value but I will continue buying it when my dispenser runs low!!

This is a wonderful product, I use it to wash my hair. It leaves my hair soft with out cream rinse. i use it on my little dog too!
