VersaChalk White Chalk Markers - 5mm Tip

go on damp and dust-free, yet they still look just like real chalk on the board! ... we went to whiteboards years ago, due to the dust mess from standard chalk, and we are so pleased to return to chalkboards, again, thanks to these markers! a chalkboard makes a classy style addition to any room, where a whiteboard would just not cut it... the boards with these markers are very easy to clean with a damp rag...just like you cleaned chalkboards when in school some years ago, sans any dust! :-) they are also quite durable as the tips are maintaining their shapes just like new and there seems to be no end to the amount of liquid chalk in each marker! very pleased with this attribute. :-) in addition to chalkboard(s) in the kitchen/dining rooms for notes, menus, games, etc. for guests, or grocery lists or whatever… , we also painted the front edge of our pantry shelves with chalkboard paint and now have a wonderful, artistically labeled, and organized pantry! :-). and, when a change to a shelf is required, it is as simple as a damp rag, wipe or let it dry, and write down the new items on that shelf area with these markers! :-) ... we would never have done it in the pantry with regular dusty chalk, but these markers make for a nice, crisp, dust-free labeled pantry! ... we love it! :-) we also purchased a set of colored markers, which are mostly pastel (neutral hue and low saturation) and are great for the kitchen/dining room boards... either listing drinks & Hors d'oeuvres for the evening or games or whatever; Airmark Liquid Chalk Markers Washable Pens,10 Colored Erasable with 42 Reusable Chalkboard Labels,Neon Plus Earth Colors 6mm Reversible Tip we have had a lot of fun with both of these markers and the chalkboards... and, we would likely use the boards much less frequently, or rarely, if we had regular chalk with the dust and did not have these liquid chalk markers... very fun... very cool... and, very pleased, Thank you! :-)

Needed to have something to label our Keifer Drinks and starters. We had bought some labels but they didn't clean well. So got this. Now the funny thing about this, once it got here mom shook it and said it is empty and dry, she tried it and nothing happened, so she thought it was a dried out marker, so my brother showed her *directions help with these things* you have to take the tip of the pen and prime it, pushing it in and out to get the chalk to work. Once he showed her she was impressed with it, so then she gave it to me and I tried it on everything. Works great on pretty much everything glass, wood cabinets, laminated cabinets, mini fridges, tables, pretty much anything I could write on and now I write lists for groceries of stuff we need right on the cabinets or fridges. We label food that is in a glass straight on the glass, Keifer and Kumbucha label the glass... so what we have found. it cleans really well except off of something black. which is odd because most labels are black. I tried to wipe it off and it came off of everything except the black mini fridge. So I would say this works great, plus it has a pointed tip and with a flip of the tip you get a rounded tip. I’m a window painter and appreciate the flow and visibility of these markets. They do not leak like other brands. I got a black and a white. I’ve been using them for many months. I highly recommend this marker!

I wanted to love these markers but they just did not work for me. These are permenant! I thought they were erasable but if not wiped off immediately then a magic eraser is needed to remove. The magic eraser also removes the chalkboard from your surface as well though. I decided to keep them but 3 of them didn't work right out of the package. The others would work with a good bit of pumping. With each use be sure to keep scrap paper nearby because they will sometimes produce way too much ink and make a pool of ink when you go to start writing. First dab on the scrap paper before writing on your surface. When they do write they provide a very nice thick white stroke.

The calendar is amazing. Exactly as described. Be certain to read ALL of the info on the listing. I would have ordered "Dry erase" markers if I hadn't double checked. You need to use white "wet erase" markers.

Received OPEN package and only EIGHT of the TEN markers that were ordered and paid for. :/ Needed the item so kept the 8 markers that were in the shipping box. :/

I was looking for a chalk marker with a wider tip for class room style teaching on a black glassboard. I tried the expo bullet point markers which work good, but the line is pretty thin and doesn't show up well from a distance. This versachalk wide tip marker is at least 2 to 3 time the width of the expo and works great for my application. It seems this is the perfect size I was looking for. Also, this marker seems professional, something I was looking for as well. I wasn't interested in the most affordable. I was interested in the best quality for the money. This marker fit the bill

I really like these, I think the size of the tip is a good size. I don't find that they "bleed" when I use them, like many paint pens tend to do. I really like that I don't have to "restart" them like many paint pens do. You know how when you first open it, you have to shake it a lot & the push the tip in? And then after that if you don't use the pens for a while you have to do that again. I often use them without doing that & they write just fine. I use them on my chalkboard labels on my food storage containers.

I have blackboard vinyl in several places and prefer liquid chalk to solid chalk. These work fine. Unfortunately, the felt tip seems a bit sharp/too hard and has scratched my boards. Careful if using on a more expensive surface.

I am trying to label my black labelled jars and spices. The problem with this marker is that the paint is not solid enough to be clearly legible and the nib is also too thick for fine writing.
