Can it be stacked on the zwave hat?

Unfortunately no, they require the same GPIO connectors. The solution is the ConBee II. It is functionally identical to the RaspBee II and is connected via USB.

Does it work on the Rock Pi?

If you run any supported OS it should be no problem.

Does this fit inside the Flirc case for raspberry pi 4?

Metallic housings can be problematic in terms of radio. We recommend our functionally identical ConBee II. If you have further questions, please contact our support via e-mail. The address can be found on our Phoscon website.

Does this fit inside the Flirc case for rPi 4?

It is very low profile. It fits inside my regular rpi case. You need a radio transparent case, plastic not metal.
