InfapowerSteam Iron 2400W

Just what I needed. Prompt delivery.

Well,to say i am disappointed beyond belief is an under statement!! Delivery was QUICK, Amazon Prime are amazingly fast. My instincts told me something was not right when i look at the box the iron came in,it had that''been used'' look,it had clear duct tape strapped to keep the box closed. I needed to get the laundry ironed,so got to work straight away, i noticed it did not steam well, and that the water was coming out at the base of plastic water tank,just a few drops to start with,i pressed the steam burst button ontop,and it popped clean off its little socket, mmmmm,pressed the one next to it,and the same thing happend., i ironed the last two items,and turned the iron off. This morning ,monday the 20th july, i started with the ironing again,i opened the lid to pour the water in, and that fell off,and the water just leaked through the purple plastic base, water every where. SO I CAN DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. CHEAP IS NOT CHEERFUL.

I like a dry iron, when i first used this iron it started to smoke but i thought it was because it was new and burning itself in, i persevered with it and it is fine now, quite light because i dont use the water, and glides over the clothes with it stainless steel soleplate
