Excellent shower head. Strong, thick water streams. (make sure to pull out the water restricter inside with a little hook tool).

I have several of these. They work great for a wide spray. If you want to get serious water pressure you have to open it up and so some mods. As it ships water pressure is average. They seem to last fairly long, I've replaced one which just got too old and despite attempts to clean the nozzles started spraying strange directions or not at all.

Someone should verify if this product is genuine or fake. I felt it was based on the fact that the cone was (although chrome plated) plastic and not metal. The collar interface to the plumbing was plastic and only hand tight-able and was no way to use a spanner to tighten it to the plumbing.

Variations of this type of shower head are used in several mid priced hotel chains which is where I first encountered them. With 2.5 gallons/minute of flow, these produce a nice and broad stream, unlike many shower heads out there.I personally hate those multifunction shower heads that have several settings including a pulsed "massage." Who needs that crap? I don't go into the shower for a massage, I go in to get clean, and this shower head has none of the nonsense but all of the substance. Because they have no moving parts they do not break, either. And they look good, too. Who could ask for more?********Addendum 2-15-2017:*******I have again purchased this item a few days ago and installed and used it yesterday. What was once a quality product made of metal is now basically a big piece of chrome colored or plated plastic. On the plus side, the flow restricter, now green in color, is fairly easily removed with a small needle nose or similar pliars. The function continues to be good. If you don't look at it too closely you won't notice a lot of difference other than increased shininess and the fact that the face where the water comes out is now chromed and not earth toned.On the negative side, it seems rather expensive to pay almost $50 for what is in fact a cheap piece of plastic. Once you get it installed you will probably not touch it very much since it does not have adjustments for flow and stream pattern, and no massage type functions. So, if you don't mind paying ~$50 for a piece of blown plastic, then you probably won't care. Be sure you are OK with this before ordering.

Item has some defects upon delivery.

My old showerhead was stingy with the water and squirting crazy little streams in all directions. Had installed one of these in another house and was impressed. Ten minute installation. Get under this thing and you know you're really taking a shower.

I should have read the 1 star review for this showerhead. We stayed in a hotel with a Moen showerhead that looked exactly like this, but was quality metal and worked amazingly. So I searched Amazon and found what appeared to be the exact head and ordered it. Arriving, I noticed the box was extremely light, and had a sinking feeling that it was : plastic. Yep, cheap looking chrome colored plastic that reminded me of the plastic chrome pieces I used to find in my model car kits.

This is a great shower head! I love the classic styling and finish! The pressure is very good although I could stand for it to be just a hair stronger. I've read that there is a flow restrictor but I don't see anything that appears removable. There is a green cylindrical plastic piece inside but I don't can't figure out how to remove it. Not a big deal. Love it anyway!
