I have owned many telescoping ladders, This is very easy to set up and to collapse. The wide base gives me a little extra confidence. The rubber feet are kind of temperature sensitive, so be sure to use on a slip resistant surface, or put it on an anti-fatigue type of mat when on slippery surfaces. Also, remember to tie your ladder off, use proper angle, and practice safety with each use. Read The Manual!

Nice ladder but watch your fingers.

I highly recommend that you use a rubber backed floor mat to keep the feet from sliding on tile or wood floors. Don’t rely on just the rubber feet to keep the feet from sliding.

The material or the way in which this product was constructed contributes to the ladder not being sturdy, as it is a bit flimsy. The mechanisms that are supposed to lock in place can be troublesome and altogether ineffective rendering the ladder unsafe and extremely dangerous. For the price, I expected a little better.

we liked the fact that it was sturdy, even when extended fully. we used it to put up Christmas lights.

The telescopic feature failed on second use. It was past the return date so was a waste of money. Also, it is heavy.

Will work well for gutter cleaning. Never received the storage bag so not so sure seller is trustworthy.
