Does it come with velcro strips and/or zip ties?

Came with a ton of velcro, little cable ties, and stick on clips for cable management.

Does the velcro have adhesive?

yes it does. it adheres very well, nice little pedal board.

Can you attach a shoulder strap to the bag?

No, but it does have a carrying handle

How tall are the feet? I'm looking to mount something thin underneath for tidiness.

The board itself sits around 1.5 inches off the ground.. If you're looking for a compact and svelte board, it'll work nicely for ya.. very easy to keep tidy.
