Fat Daddio's Natural Aluminum Quarter Sheet Pan, 2-Pack

I have bought probably hundreds of products over the years from Amazon and I can say unequivocally these are in my top10 as far as satisfaction. I make big batches of chicken cutlets once a week to have throughout the week and since I bought them they have changed the game. I use one for my egg wash and one for the breadcrumbs. They are the perfect size for such a task. Also great for roasting veggies, baking potatoes etc. instead of using my full size baking sheets. They are heavy duty, not flimsy at all, wash up beautifully, no sticking, just all around great quality. I highly recommend!

We love these pans! I appreciate that they don't warp in the oven - I've used them with heat as high as 425*. They look very nice and don't appear to get hot or cold spots. The size is as advertised and expected, which is considered a commercial half cookie sheet but is like a full cookie sheet. I can only get two of them in the oven at a time, though, which isn't ideal with the amount of baking we've been doing with our fledgling home baking business, but if it takes off we may get a bigger oven. These don't scratch from using our plastic/resin (I don't know, I've had it for 30 years) spatula, but I would not use metal on it, so I can't say how scratch-resistant it is. I also can't attest to how easy they are to clean, since we use parchment paper when baking on them. So far they still look brand-new though.We have no problems with baking performance - they work as expected.

These are wonderful baking sheet. Very well made with a sturdy weight.

I bought two of these, and they're very well-made. My only complaint is that they will get a very dark stain on them if you put them in the dishwasher. I previously bought two of the smaller sheets (they're half the size of these), and they looked terrible after I put them in the dishwasher. They had a dark stain that I couldn't remove, as if they'd been burnt. The directions say NOT to put them in the dishwasher, but I did it anyway. (This is a warning to headstrong consumers like myself!)

Great basic produce. Wasn’t listed on the description or in the question and answers: while the company is based in the Pacific Northwest the product itself is manufactured in China.

Haven't use it yet but was amazed at the weight...great price for a set during Prime Days

Wanted to switch over to stainless steel cooking products, and I’ll be honest, was skeptical at the price of these. So far been very impressed, very strong material-cooks evenly, no worping and easy to clean. Will be buying more to finish out our kitchen
