Well-made and functions well
This crinkle cut knife works well. Since I can’t see how you would sharpen it at home, I’m glad that it came sharp enough to slice hard vegetables like potatoes and carrots. It works well for preparing vegetables for quick pickling such as carrots, beets, etc. It is a specialty tool, but it’s a nice addition to our kitchen that doesn’t take much space.

I preserve a lot of food so this knife gets used a lot. It adds a finished look to all the pickles that I make. Dependable and great quality. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a finished look to your food.

Too small
Very small and flimsy. Kringle cuts are so small, does not create any crinkles.

Pickle Perfect!
I bought this specifically for cutting cucumbers for bread and butter pickles. I have had others that have rusted or fallen apart. I picked this one because of the appearance and the brand name. I am not disappointed. Size is perfectly through a big cucumber with a tough skin and makes delicate waves. I am certain it would also cut easily through carrot or radishes for a decorative salad. I would buy it again if needed. The knife is honed to a sharp slicing edge. The only con I can think of is that I would really love for it to have a snap on cover. I don't like it when I reach for a tool in my cooking drawers and inadvertently slice my finger. I am careful but accidents happen in the kitchen! For the price I would've gladly paid an extra dollar or two for a snap-on cover.

Super heavy duty. Feels very sturdy and good for cutting veggies for my toddler to hold on to. Was pleasantly surprised by high quality and sturdiness :)

I am so disappointed - this knife doesn’t work. I tried all sorts of fruit and veggies and nothing has a crinkled texture to them.
