Crazy Good Product
I can't believe someone finally got it right. I have used knee pillows on and off for years because I have chronic lower back pain. I am 40 years old and like to be active but sometimes back pain makes it very difficult to do so. Sleeping with a knee pillow helps me be active because it reduces my pain. I have had so many over the years and they all suck! They go flat and limp almost immediately and they are covered with some cheap scratchy fabric, don't stay in place, stink like chemicals etc... All of them, really all of them, some are better then others but they all fail sooner than later. THAT IS WHY I LOVE THIS PILLOW. Really, I am not one to gush about a stupid pillow but this one is GREAT! I am just so happy with this purchase that I had to write. This is why: Pillow is firm and does not let my knees or ankles touch and I the foam is way more resilient than any other pillow I have owned (I don't think it is going to break down), it is designed perfect, it is so comfortable that I don't even think about it being on at night, elastic strap that keeps pillow in place, even when I roll to my other side (very cool), soft but firm, great durable cover, and last but not least, it doesn't smell. I bought another one at the same time on Amazon and it just stinks like toxic foam. Anyhow, best pillow I have ever owned and makes it enjoyable to sleep with, thanks guys for making a high quality product ( I would have paid 3x for it now that I know). ***UPDATE*** 8/29/13---I just found out that this company offers a 100% memory foam version of this very same knee pillow. It can be found here: The "Knee-T" w/ 100% Memory Foam, Knee, Hip, Ankle & Foot Support Pillow, Small, 100% Bio-Memory foam w/ 100% Cotton Fleece Cover BTW, my Knee T is holding up great and I bought the memory foam one as well but I have not received it yet. I will leave a review of that product in month or two if I remember.

No Brainer, Best Knee Pillow Period!
I have chronic back pain caused by nerve inflammation (sciatica) and pressure mainly caused while sleeping in painful positions. This knee pillow fixes all that. I have tried many (the last one, i had to air out for a week because it smelled like toxic plastic) but this one is outstanding and is apparent that the shortcomings of most knee pillows were considered and solved by this knee pillow. First of all, it is super comfortable. Up until now I have simply "used" knee pillows and dealt with the uncomfortable nature of their use, but now I LOVE to use this KNEE-T, it is so comfortable. In fact, even if I did not have sciatica, I would use this pillow because it keeps my knees and ankles from touching each other and it is a perfect density to be really comfortable and also keep my legs and knees separated. I am testifying, this company got it right! I love this product and I am telling everyone about it (nobody cares, but I am telling them anyway). Oh yeah, also the cover is really nice, it is soft and easily removable (have not yet, but checked it out)and the strap to keep it in place is very comfortable. In fact, I cannot really feel it is on, but the pillow stays in place. Well, enough gushing about this product, I guess the only downside about this product would be if I had to pay the retail price, but now that I know, I would even pay retail. Good luck with your back pain, if you have pain then buy this, you won't regret it. BTW, I bought this pain relief product as well Pain Block - Pain Relief Rub Cream 2 oz for Back, Joint, Knee, Shoulder, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Muscle, Neck, Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel, Gout, Tendonitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Running Pain, Ganglion Cysts | Speeds Healing | 100% Guaranteed to Relieve Pain and it works as advertised on my lower back pain, I am super happy with Amazon and their sellers right now. Nice job Amazon!

OK Product
Didn't work out too well for my wife. She was uncomfortable using it. She is a very fussy person though.

Extremely dissatisfied, do not buy, rated a 1 only because can't a 0
I was reluctant to purchase this because the price was so high. The thing was that nobody else that I found made a leg pillow that support the complete lower leg. The straps for some reason are held together with Velcro yet are not hardly adjustable. The Velcro at times digs into my skin until I adjust. The edges should be rounded but they are square, making it an exact adjustment to get the pillow comfortable. From that point I did like the product enough to just put up with it and keep it. As I wrote, I didn't see any alternative product to buy that would fit my needs. 4 months in and I must say this thing is a piece of junk. The fabric is starting to come aaprt slightly and the zipper handle pulled right off. It says that the return window was closed in Feb. I suppose I'll wait to see if I get a response from the supplier and if I don't, I'll explore other means. I do not want to keep this thing; especially as bad as it is and very expensive.

The BEST Pillow for hip pain I've ever used.
I got this delivered yesterday, last night was my first night using it & I must say it was worth every penny. I have an as of yet undiagnosed hip problem that's been going on for over a year now (& I'm not that old, just turned 43). I could even lay down for a few minutes on my side & would be in excruciating pain when I'd go to move. Any external rotation of my hip has been unbearable. It normally takes me a few minutes to turn over, then another few to get out of bed. A couple days ago it was so bad I was literally in tears. Today was the first time, in a very long time that I was pretty much able to bounce out of bed. Normally it'd take me a few minutes to get to walking w/less of a limp & I was able to walk my dogs with no problems this morning. I'm not sure if I was limping or not, as it happens all the time, so I really didn't notice. I don't normally leave gushing reviews, and certainly not right away, but this pillow helped so much, it was amazing. And I've tried many different kinds. I debated whether or not to get the memory foam one & decided to save myself $20, especially since I wasn't sure if it's really help or not. I'll have to update again on a few days to see how it's still working. Right now, I'm just happy I was able to get out of bed without excruciating pain.

Been happy with this for both knee and back pain relief
I've been using this pillow for about 9 months now - originally to help reduce stress on a knee injury I suffered last year, and then found myself continuing to use it when I noticed it helping with a long-time back injury. During the period where my knee was recovering the pillow helped a LOT to reduce sideways pressure on the joint, which had been a primary source of discomfort while trying to sleep. (I'd tried a few of the shorter knee-only pillows before I got this one, but since i'm a side sleeper the short pillows actually increased the sideways pressure on the knee joint and made it hurt more. Having support along the entire lower leg like this pillow provided was much better for my injury and sleep habits.) As the knee healed and stopped being a nuisance at night, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it also reduced pain from an old back injury. It wasn't a miracle cure that made the back pain vanish or anything, but it made a noticeable difference in how many times I was waking up during the night to shift positions. Overall I've been very happy I picked this pillow up. I'll admit - from the laundry perspective it'd sometimes be nice if I could pick up a second cover for the pillow, but it's not something I'd deduct any points over.

Brilliant design
After trying to hold a pillow between my knees for several years, this pillow is much easier to hang onto. The flat shape is perfect and at 5' 4" the length is just right. My knees had become very painful, as I am a side sleeper and have degenerative arthritis. This pillow stopped the pain. As other reviewers have said, it does drag the covers with it if you change sides in the night. But the regular pillows generally did that too. It's a small inconvenience that is worth it for the benefits it provides. It is holding up very well after two months of use.

This Pillow is TERRIBLE for Petite People! Also You Have to Step Into it (Instead of Being Able to Wrap and Fasten the Strap)
This Pillow is TERRIBLE for Petite People! Also You Have to Step Into it (Instead of Being Able to Wrap and Fasten the Strap) This pillow would be awesome...IF, apparently, I were several inches taller/wider/bigger, and if the strap was very different. But as a petite, 5'3 woman, I can tell you that this pillow is *way* too thick for my body frame, and as such it felt like I had a watermelon wedged between my legs (and not nearly so tasty). But the worst part was that because it was too thick, having it between my knees was *painful* to my hips! I tried, and tried to make it work - strap on the left leg, strap on the right leg, not using the strap at all, putting the pillow upside down, sideways - it didn't matter. It's just too darned thick, and made my hips go at an awkward angle, and it HURT. Even if it hadn't hurt, it would have been VERY uncomfortable having my hips out like that - it was definitely *not* a "neutral position". I've had conjugal relations that felt more "neutral" than this pillow! The strap is another matter: it's a great idea, poorly executed. The fabric casing is *much* larger than the elastic - the elastic itself is not a nice flat strap of elastic like you'd expect, it's quite narrow - and so when you slide it up your leg, the elastic twists around inside - and maybe that wouldn't be an issue, but the strap is actually much shorter than it needs to be, so there is no real way to avoid the problem (like pulling the elastic waaaaaay out while you put it on). The shortness of the strap also means that when you use the strap it distorts the shape of the pillow, so instead of the pillow being flat between your legs it bows out away from the leg it's strapped to, pushing the other leg out even more. And because you have to step into the strap (it does *not* wrap around your leg and fasten, it's permanently attached at both ends) forget wearing pajama pants because the strap *will* cause your pant leg to ride up your leg while putting it on. If I were going to keep this pillow (I'm returning it) I'd cut one end of the strap and add velcro to that end so that you can wrap the strap around your leg and fasten it, instead of having to step into the pillow and slide it up (which is crazy unwieldy to do). Really, the strap should have been made that way to start with, but apparently they decided to cheap it (which probably explains the low end elastic).
