EXCELLENT alternative to disposable pads, very impressed!
After adopting a 3rd dog I realized that the cost and environmental waste for using disposable puppy pads was not sustainable, so I researched alternatives. This product came up and upon reading the reviews I decided to try them. I am now ordering more! These pads are EXCELLENT! They resolved all of the issues I needed them to: -I use the largest pad size of these and only have to lay down 2 in their "potty" area and they don't miss! I used to need 3-4 disposable pads to cover the same area and had to clean up misses constantly. -These pads control odor MUCH better than the disposable pad. I clean up the solid waste and the pads last an entire day without smelling. I replace them with 2 washed pads every day. Even when I bought "odor control" disposable pads, since the urine turned to gel they got very smelly, very fast. I wound up going through 12 pads a day sometimes. -These pads stay in place. They are larger so they have a little more weight to them and they stay where I put them. -These pads wash VERY well. I use cool water, regular detergent and about 1/2 cup of bleach and they come out looking like new. NO FABRIC SOFTENER!! (It will ruin the pads ability to absorb liquids) -My dogs adapted to them immediately. I put them down in their area and sprayed a little housebreaking aid spray (attractant) in the center the first day. They used them right away and I never had to scent them again. -Leak resistance for 1 medium and 2 small dogs is extremely good. My 3 dogs weigh about 40 pounds combined and I put 2 clean pads out every day and the back (pink) side of the pad might get a little damp in spots at times but the wood floor underneath is dry. I would not say these pads are completely "waterproof" as the backing is a tightly woven material that might seep through with enough liquid saturation, but they are working really well in my home. -The cost savings and benefit to the environment over using disposables are SUBSTANTIAL. I am extremely satisfied with these pads, they have far exceeded my expectations!

MULTI-PURPOSE - HIGHLY ABSORBENT - EASY TO WASH - ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Iโve purchased these multiple times over the years and always go back to this same brand because of the high quality and performance. Theyโre large and I use them for a lot of things, including for dogs to potty on while traveling, as a mat for the dogs to eat stinky/messy chews/treats, for the dogs to lay on while still wet from a bath/rain, as a picnic style mat, kept in the car in case I need to pick up a sick/injured pet, for human incontinence and toddlers/kids that are still potty training, and a lot more. Extremely easy to clean - just toss in the washing machine. I do put these in the dryer but line drying is probably best to prolong their life. Theyโre reusable so they are a lot more environmentally friendly than disposables and they can be reused quite a lot. Theyโre highly absorbent. DO NOT CUT THE LONG STRING! It is there for a reason and cutting it will negatively impact its ability to soak up fluids. These are a lot softer and more comfortable if youโre using them for incontinence/potty training than disposable pads/chucks. Love them and will continue to buy them every few years.

Washable underpads work for pets too
I use these for my senior dog- they are perfect! When I was shopping online comparing prices for large disposable doggie pads I happened to come across a few comments about how people used washable underpads for their pets. This struck a cord with me because I was spending quite a bit of money each month on the disposables. I needed the XL size which were more expensive and it did add up. I saw a few options on Amazon and decided to purchase this 4 pack. They arrived promptly and were simply- but well, packaged. They are substantial and well made. The finishing around the edges is double stitched and over cast with a zig zag which to me makes this item able to stand up to the hardest use. The bottom is watertight and smooth. The price I paid for all four pads was less than I have been paying monthly for the disposables. Leaking was an issue for me with the paper and plastic doggie pads. If my dog missed the target there would be quite a bit of worked involved to mop up the residue on my floor. My experience with these pads is that they absorb far better than the disposable doggie pads that I have been using and wash easily. I have a washing machine at home and each time a pad has been used I simply toss it into the machine and run it on a small load, then pop it into the dryer I mention this because a friend of mine lives in an apartment and does not have a machine at her fingertips! This has been an excellent solution and a great help - so in addition to being put to use for an ill human, this is also a great solution for senior dogs. My neighbor was interested in getting these for our cold northern winters when we have snow covering our lawns and dogs who don't want to go "out" !

NON-SLIP, COMFORTABLE & DOESN'T FALL APART DURING WASHING!!
Excellent pads, they are heavy so they don't move easily and hold the bladder leaks, but still protects your skin as the pad absorbs overnight leaks or bladder issues easily drying quickly, while still protecting your mattresses. The thick cotton fabric does not allow the pad to stick to your skin or clothing as some pads do. A bit stiff, because they are a heavier pad, but they don't fall apart when machine washing or drying in the dryer. The size is great it almost fits from one side to the other, crosswise on a 42 inch mattress. The deep dark blue color is a perfect match for my cotton sheets. I totally recommend the Med line Sofnit 300 Large Continence Rewashable Pads. You can't go wrong on the price you get 4 pads for the price instead of 1 pad.

Excellent Product, Multiple Uses
These were all-around perfect for my elderly family member, both as an excellent absorbant pad/matress protector AND to assist to turn and position her in bed. Fits completely across an XL twin matress (hospital or college dorm bed size, which is twin size in width but longer from head to foot than a twin, so would also fit a regular twin size across). Yes, it is soft enough that it never irritated her delicate skin. Strong enough that there was no stretching nor ripping when used to turn her side to side or boost her up toward the head of the bed. The pink side (bottom waterproof side) is slippery enough that it will slide over fitted sheet so I could move her in bed by slowly and gently pulling pad. (You would never want to do this if the person didn't easily move along with any sort of pad because it is possible to irritate or even tear someone's skin if not careful. I don't believe these are marketed to be used for positioning, but FOR ME they worked perfectly for positioning. Washed in hot water, bleached and dried on high heat to sanitize (not sure what the ACTUAL washing instructions said, sorry) with no problem, never any stains, no yellowing. In case you miss the instructions, there are little cords on each corner that you should NOT remove. They say because leaving uncut will make the pads last longer, but I also found that if a corner occasionally turned a little inside out in the wash, a gentle tug to the little extra cord would easily set it right. As a retired RN, I consider these practically a must for anyone incontinent or who needs someone else to turn and position them in bed. I used them to protect her lift chair (electric recliner) from accidents too - they help with positioning her there as well. The price is extremely reasonable. One of the hospitals I worked for in the past used what looked like the same product. I really don't think you can beat these. I would think they would also be useful for kids who accidently wet the bed, even more so than Pull-Ups, since they would feel the wetness instead of having the Pull-Up absorb quick enough that the sensation might not wake them up right away. Not sure about this, but seems like common sense to me. Plus, WAY cheaper and WAY more friendly to the environment. No, I didn't get these free or discounted, I simply think they are an all-around excellent product.

Excellent quality - fyi-The pink side goes down
As a RN I was amazed at the size, thickness and quality of these and 4 for only $22!! That's crazy good! I have made ICU beds thousands of times and can honestly say I wish we'd had these for patients to lie on rather than the paper chux we all use. I bought these to use under disposable wee pads as my older dog seems to go right at the edge of the pad. Tired of steam cleaning the carpet. These work great for that! I also put one on each side of the bed as several times in the last year someone has vomited on the comforter in the middle of the night. (18 y/o cat, or dogs before I changed their food). So much easier to put one down and then a "dog sheet" over it. Anything happens, just peel off the soiled layer (s) and then the bed and most importantly, the comforter is still clean at 3 am. Just replace with clean pad and sheet. Back to sleep. With older animals and rescues stuff happens. I highly recommend. Wash as directed. I take mine out of dryer and stretch flat then hang over a chair for last little bit of drying as they tend to dry a bit weird otherwise. It may sound like a no-brainer but I think they should include instructions that the 'pink' side goes down and the soft white quilted side towards the person or pet. When I first received them, I poured water on the pink side to test leak proofness. Water will sit forever and not absorb, or just run off, which is good because it means it is unlikely to leech thru from quilted side in use. I did several tests on each side..no leaks except as noted below about extreme edge. I ordered the ones big enough to hold a jumbo wee pad. I keep 2 down at all times and 2 clean ones. Eventually I would like to transition away from disposable all together. My dogs go outside to do their business, these are for backup and when I'm gone. My only complaint is if the dogs get right on the edge, it will leak under the edge and along the edge. Not a product fault, just order a bit bigger than you think you might need. I have thought these would br great for so many things..car rides, crates, etc. And a bunch of other things like to sit on when leaving the pool/lake if you have to drive somewhere to change. Even good for some of my art & pottery processess. If I happen to knock over clay water or paint water, no prob bob.

One of my best purchases.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about these. I bought them originally because the dog I rescued tends to have incontinence issues when she's sleeping. Before these arrived, I was using plastic trash bags to cover my couch cushions with a blanket on top. Lots of crunching and sliding. However, now I use these. Two of these are big enough to safely cover a 3 person couch. I put these over the cushions and place a blanket on top (mostly for dog hair), and they work wonderfully. They can capture a full bladder's worth of urine without leaking, and they pull the liquid down and in so it doesn't sit on top of the blanket. Recently, my other dog, who is senior and I have had for a while, got very sick. She didn't eat or drink for two days, and didn't urinate for three days. It appears that urinating was very painful for her, but eventually she could not hold it anymore. When she did go, it was a HUGE amount and it basically sprayed out. She had one of these under her so I quickly grabbed a corner and created a "wall" to stop the pressurized stream. NOTHING SPILLED. Not one drop. There were at least 2 or 3 liters of urine. Over the next week or so she was still incontinent (though not in pain), and always had these under her. Again, they're so big I didn't have to worry about her leaking off of it. These are fantastic. They are better for the environment, wash easily, and have already saved me money (I would have had to buy at least 3 packs of disposable pads so far). I have bought another pack of four to have around and to make washing easier. I also want to mention that these are great for young girls who perhaps have not gotten a hang of their menstrual needs yet, or women with particularly heavy flows, to place over or under your sheets.

Great product! Lasts a long time and easy to clean!
Iโve purchased these 4 times (because I needed more) last time was in 2021.I'm ordering another set because I moved and lost some in the move. They have obviously lasted a long time. I use them as dog potty pads for my little chihuahuas as they canโt hold it very long. They are easy to wash and I dry them in the dryer on high. I use washing powder from Buff Body soap and they come out super clean with no stains! I definitely recommend this product!

Great puppy pads
Love these pads for my puppies because they destroy the disposable kind and these work quite well with no shredded destruction all around the house. With the rubber backing they protect the floors and they wash easily.

Best thing ever.
I've tried many things for bed time accidents and nothing has ever kept my kids' mattresses safe. I bought new mattresses for the kids when we moved and really needed to find something that works! This comes with 4 so enough to have back ups. 1 piece is big enough for 1 child even if they move. Nothing has seeped through so far! Washing them is easy peasy.

Indispensable for nighttime potty training!
These have been a lifesaver for nighttime potty training. The adhesive disposable ones always came off, since my daughter is a very active sleeper. Level of absorbance is amazing; there has been no need to change sheets at night since I've purchased these. They are starting to pill on the absorbent side now (after dozens of washes), which makes them a little scratchy, but it's a small price to pay for keeping the bed dry. Great product!

Using for pets
One of our elderly cats started missing the litter box on a regular basis, making clean up time consuming and unpleasant. These are perfect. Simply put under the box as a carpet with a step off area. When soiled, simply shake excess dry litter (liquid is securely trapped) and toss in the washer (I put detergent and vinegar). Dry on medium and you are set to use again. Having several on hand is perfect to have a fresh clean one on hand when an accident happens. GREAT ALTERNATIVE to disposable pads that are made of plastic and cannot be recycled.

A GOOD PRODUCT
For those of us that need to protect our beds this is a great product. They are very absorbent, well made and the price is fantastic. I bought 1 pad the same 26 years ago from a medical supplier and it was $30 so this is a fantastic deal. If I have to stay overnight some where else I can just put it on the bed and not worry. It would also be good for parents with small children at home or away.
