Royal Dirt Devil Belt, Hand Vacuum Prince and Dirt Devil Style 1 (Pack of 2)

I was a little concerned that the install would be difficult based on other reviews. Fortunately for me, I have a tool for belt replacement on my Dyson vacuum. It looks like a small ice hook with a T handle. Worked perfect to grab the belt, stretch it and get it over the shaft. I also learned you need the beater brush back in place before looping belt over the shaft. I "saved" the second belt by slipping it on to the vacuums attached hose. Now I'll have no problem finding it next time the belt needs to be replaced!

This is a "type 1" belt and they look really small...but they do in fact stretch to fit the vacuum and they provide high torque for the beater-brush. Hard to tell how long it'll last.

It fits the old Dirt Devil hand vac from the 80’s. Fits and works is it should, but it can be a bit of a struggle to get the new belt on, but it does need to be rather tight to work properly with no belt slip.

I got 2 of the little dirt devils from a family member that passed away, they still work so I needed belts, these fit them perfectly so now I can use the machines. These are the ones that will only fit the little hand held dirt devils.

Belt worked perfectly, great price and fast delivery

This is the third belt purchased in my search for the correct belt for the Original Little Lux handheld vacuum model number 1673BA. This is finally the correct one. I have the one made in the early 90's with a switch on top of the blue handle, a cloth bag with the belt riding in the middle of the brush. The belt is the non clogged type, smooth and short. I am writing all this in hopes of helping someone else who has had the same struggle. Many sites including vacuum suppliers list the wrong belt for this model, so of you need it this is the one one that will have your vacuum up and running again.
