Excellent piece of equipment, possibly regarded by some as ' old school ' but it works and the bonus is you can use the lighter exchangeable springs to start with and as you progress in power you can change the springs to the more challenging ones, which means it is so versatile, however like ' all ' equipment,you the individual must put in the effort. With this particular kit set you get a standard size bullworker, plus a smaller one, if you are smaller with arm length / span. Excellent value for money Very easy to use with a good kit bag for portableness, both size means it is very comfortable for all

Excellent kit, and good value when you buy the Power Pack, as opposed to buying each thing separately. I've used a Bullworker since the 1970s since using my Dad's original 60s Bullworker as a kid (which he still has). These new models have been improved over the years to glide smoothly, give variable resistance by quickly changing the spring out. Grip pads so the ropes don't did in your hand like the old ones did. Also all come in a nice carry case to keep everything together, and a nice lay-flat spiral bound exercise manual for each item. I prefer the Steel Bow most, having short arms, but each one suits different exercises, so the Power Pack covers all bases. I also use them in combination with resistance bands for different variations of workout, and free weights and bench too. A nice little home set up.

Brilliant bit of kit!

I reckon this is a fantastic product which is made to a high quality, and can be used for all the exercise need you would ever want, from stretching to muscle building and aerobic, the price is quite high but then this should last a life time, so maybe not so bad, I can only recommend it.

This is a great improvement on last generation bull worker but seems way over priced. I am not knocking what you get and the quality is fantastic so far but at maybe £75 cheaper it would be excellent.

I first used a Bullworker back in the 1970s and didn’t realise they were still in production. With more leisure time and gyms closed I invested in the latest version which hardly needs any improvements fifty years later (handles and grip are a little more refined). Excellent. Brought further bows for my three children, who are in their twenties, and my wife has become an enthusiast too. Added advantage, they are portable. Good fitness equipment.

I have have owned several Bulkworkers over the years and they have always been good although sometimes a little limiting compared to weights. However, this kit is something else it is so compact, complete with carry cases, and well made everything feels sturdily and ergonomically designed. The possibilities with the two bows with spring strength options add to this the ISO-Bow and Extensions and it really is a home gym. Cannot see you would need anything else really. What has surprised me most is how good the simple ISO-Bow is especially for stretches. When my kit arrived I really thought they had sent me a single Bow rather than the entire kit. The is how compact it all is. In each of the Bow bags front pockets are the different resistance strings. The manual for each is in the the bag with the Bow. Also buying this kit together is very good value for money compared to separate purchases so even if you own another Bullworker I would go for this kit.

Brilliant home exercise machine to build strength and develop muscular body

Some Background: Back in March 2023, I bought the Bullworker at the full price, $699. I gave it three stars at that time because of the HIGH price - no value at $699 CDN. I LOVED it, but tough to justify the $$$, so I sent it back after two weeks of lamenting. At $449, it's priced exactly where it needs to be! So, I re-bought it on June 29, 2023! The Power Pack are all great products; handy, practical, exceptionally well built, and they give you a substantive burn. A big THANK YOU to the folks at Bullworker for pricing it where the average working stiff (that's me) can justify the purchase. I used my Dads growing up in the 70s. It was great then and better now; tons of product improvements with many resistance options, including the addition of Steel Bow and ISO-FLOW. The ISOFlow and the SteelBow are great, portable units for traveling because they fit in a carry-on. So, if you travel or you want a quick warm-up before you start loading up plates at the gym, feel like skipping the gym and doing an entire workout in your living room, watching TV, a quick pump, or making the Bullworker your whole training program, go for it. I highly recommend it at $449!!

Good sturdy Products. Steel bow is small and im not tall, so would suit desk job workout at best. Thought it was all a bit pricey as a single item so this set is more ideal. Would have gotten the X5 if it wasnt dearer than this full kit, but that is priced to be a collectors item and only for rich people ?

Attrezzo molto versatile e completo. Racchiude in un piccolo spazio e in un numero esiguo di attrezzi la possibilità di svolgere una valida attività fisica di tipo isometrico. La ginnastica isometrica è particolarmente indicata per incrementare la potenza muscolare, la massa muscolare in maniera naturale. Personalmente uso gli attrezzi del Set per contrastare la evoluzione e la progressione di una sarcopenia, legata alla mia età. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Amazon che mi ha permesso di acquistare un attrezzo che è disponibile solamente negli USA e che per anni non sono riuscito a venirne in possesso, visto le difficoltà operative di acquisto, trasporto e i costi doganali.
