ErgoSoft 2 Inch Natural Latex Foam Mattress Pad Topper, Full-w/Quilted Cover

Bought this because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. When I read up online I found several sites recommended natural latex versus memory foam. I've only had it on my mattress for 4 nights and so far it is much better as far as comfort goes. Please Note: There was NOT any odor to this latex pad. I unpacked it carefully (I had read reviews that said not to cut the box open with anything sharp and not to drag or pull on the pad because it would tear easily). I lifted the pad out of the box and carefully and slowly unwrapped the package. No smell but I laid it out for a day before putting on my mattress. Because it's so dense it is heavy and you need to be careful when placing it on your mattress or it could rip if you pull it, etc. I laid it on one edge and just unrolled it slowly. I also bought the mattress pad cover because I thought is would help keep it from moving. However, I don't think the pad will move around. If anything changes or it doesn't last long, I will post an update. At this point it seems worth every penny.

We purchased this to go on top of a Simmons BeautyRest Black Extra Firm. We had purchased the extra firm knowing that it might possibly be too firm, but knowing that we could put a topper on it if it was, and thinking that an Extra Firm might hold up a little longer.Sure enough, over time the mattress felt a little too firm for our liking, and we bought this topper, since others who had bought it seemed to like it, and it is priced pretty low.I would say that it has been perfect for our needs so far. It adds just the right amount of spring and softness, is not too warm (like some people find memory foam to be), and each of us doesn't feel the other moving around unduly.The mattress cover that comes with it is of good quality - I tore it in one place getting it on, but that was really my fault - it is no more flimsy than most such covers.It was easy to carry the topper to our bedroom, even up the stairs, and unwrap it and lay it out on top of the mattress. It expanded right away and we were able to use it that night.One last note - contrary to what I see posted in a few online reviews, there was almost no detectable odor at all, even when I first unwrapped the topper. There was no question of having to air it out or not being able to sleep on it the first night.

I have this on another bed in the queen size and it has held up very well. It has enough air holes to keep it fresh and flipping it over isn't too hard. I do have a mattress cover over it, so it doesn't sleep hot..It's made in the USA also!

Turned the matrice I had that you could feel every sping in, feel like a new bed. Well worth the money!
