So far it’s wonderful.
Just got it today to replace a 22 year old pioneer that was played daily. The only reason I replaced it was because there was no USB port to play my music catalog. Hooking up the speaker wire was a bit of a pain but the unit has performed perfectly so far. Great sound, plenty of power, played my iPod, CDPlayer and the USB port is now playing my entire music catalog without a hitch. So happy with this unit so far. Remote works perfectly. Only issue is no switch to turn on or off A or B speakers. Haven’t tried Bluetooth so will see on that. I noticed the fan is really loud so don’t think it would be good for Home Theater but for music not noticeable. Will update in a month or so. For $125 I’m shocked that it is so good. Updated Review - I’ve had it for about 8 months now and can’t say enough good things about this receiver. Still works perfectly. Sound is fantastic for the price. The only Cons I have are that it doesn’t an A or B speaker switch. You have to listen to all four or none at all if you set it up for 4 speakers and there is no way I can figure out how to turn off the annoying equalizer light show on the front panel. Otherwise a great product for the money. Don’t notice the fan noise at all.

Crazy cheap for all the features and pretty good sound quality
I got this to use as a replacement stereo for an old unit that stopped working and also to make a cheap rig to jam my bass at home so I would have to cart my real rig back and forth from the jam pad as much. This isn't pro equipment, obviously, and I'm rating it accordingly as the low budget gadget that it is. As a stereo its more than loud enough for where I'm at and what I need and the sound quality is pretty good. No complaints about sound quality. Better than I expected really. It has a built-in fan that is a little noisy if its going and you cut the music off but not an issue to me. The Bluetooth is pretty handy. I use it quite a bit to play along with and learn songs. I've hooked some drum loops up to play along to as well when I'm noodling around. Bass sounds pretty decent through it. I don't push it too hard usually but I've cranked it a couple times because making the thunder is half the fun. After messing with the EQ a bit I got a pretty gnarly tone I was digging and was rattling every window in the house. Its not something I would cart to a gig, but great for making noise and playing at home or to get random jam session goin with buddies. I got far more bang for my buck than I would have got if I bought a little $100 combo practice amp. It has a line out I may use to play around with for some home recording. I may not ever mess with it but I think it is cool that it's there. You can plug into this thing pretty much anyway you can think of, too. I've had it a month or so and really couldn't be more pleased with it. It's fulfilling the uses I got it for. I got this as an open box, like new deal for $90. I didn't have super high hopes because it seemed TOO cheap. I'm going to 5 star it because usefulness/features to cost ratio is just too damned good. Hopefully it doesn't randomly stop working in a couple weeks and make me come back to take away the praises I'm Pyling on. See what I did there?

Pretty Darn Good.
4.5 of 5 Stars. Great amp for the price. I am a teacher and I was using an old Sony rack system with the big wooden box speakers in my classroom for music for the kids while they worked. After 30 years, it died. I needed a new amp for my room and wasn’t looking to spend a ton of money on it but also didn’t want garbage. Decided on this guy. Sound is decent, not perfect, but it’s not a $500 amp. Features are pretty good. Radio works well, wired connection for my phone works good, Bluetooth is adequate. I like that when I have the BT running, I can use the remote control to pause and skip songs on my phone. There is no power button on the remote to turn it off, so you do need to get up for that. Not a big deal. Plenty of power to push my speakers. Before taking them to school, I did a movie night with a digital projector and the sound was pretty darn good for a movie outside. I opted to buy the Amazon warranty to cover 3 full years for $4 just in case this guy doesn’t hold up, but hey, $100 is cheap for what you get.

Far too noisy. You get what you pay for. Look elsewhere. Returned.
I had high hopes for this, probably too high considering the cheap price. This unit replaced a different, perfectly working amp that I gave to a friend. I have a four-speaker setup (A+B, two left and two right). Upon powering up, the speakers had an immediate loud hiss, almost sounding like the AM/FM tuner was set to an in-between station. The problem was, EVERY input was making that noise, even inputs that weren't in use. I tried different speaker wire and plugging the unit into a different power outlet, no difference. I tried seeing if I could live with it, seeing if when music was playing (loud enough) if the hiss was not noticeable. Unfortunately, the hiss was far too noticeable when the music was played at any level. I also noticed that the part of the display (that I can only assume is some sort of EQ display), appeared to be stuck in some sort of Knight Rider-type display. Other observations: - The Bluetooth did connect quickly and easily. - Even though this has the ability to plug in two sets of speakers (A+B), you can't select just A or B. It always plays both. - The remote feels super cheap. - I realized before purchase that there was no headphone jack, but this really could use one. After trying everything to get the hiss to go away, I opted to return it for a refund. Either the unit was defective or so cheaply made. I wound up instead getting a Sony STRDH190 for only $40 more, which sounds perfect. No hiss and I love the ability to select speakers A, B, or A+B.

MUCH MORE THAN EXPECTED
This Pyle unit is easily the equal of one twice the cost. Great sound. When the volume is not even all the way up, the house shakes. (Probably not good for ones ears.) The bluetooth pairs up immediately and its range is a little farther than some other devices are. A few quibbles: I would prefer that you could choose the input source by pushing a button for each one rather than repeatedly pushing the input button. They also track through a little oddly, don't start with the first on the left and then move right, but you get used to it. The pre-sets are a little tricky, but OK. I would like both backward and forward buttons for stations on the unit, rather than just on the remote. Overall, well pleased after 10 days.

Very happy, got more than I expected!
Works great to get the sound from the tv the speakers with great quality. For the price, I was shocked. My only issue is that it would not work with my infinity remote and no on/off function via remote. I ended up plugging it in to a remote receiver for my christmas tree lights and just left on and used that remote to turn on/off. I didn't thing this would be as good as the JVC stereo it replaced but actually had better sound!

Excellent receiver for the money.
II like the addition of a usb port and an sd card reader. Also 2 microphone inputs with echo. I am going to use this with my karaoke machine. The 300 watts is divided into four channels with 75 watts per channel which is just fine. I do not like the radio portion of the receiver. There should be a knob that you can turn to tune into a channel. Overall It is a very good receiver for the money (about $100). Blue tooth cuts out sometimes. Today's date is July 21, 2021. Since I have been using the receiver I had a problem with the microphone jacks. My microphones are low impedance and I attached a transformer to convert low z to high z (z is impedance). However the 1/4" phono jacks would not fit all the way into the jacks in the receiver even though other 1/4" phone jacks did fit. The jacks fit all of my other equipment. I think that the manufacturer had a bad batch of female 1/4" jacks. I purchased another transformer and I will update this review. I still would recommend this receiver. I have just received another transformer and it also does not fit the female microphone jacks on the receiver. I just ordered Performance Plus Hi Z To Low Z Switchable Line Transformer Microphone Cable Adapter, Female XLR to Male 1/4" (MCT-1S), which should work since there is no barrel attached to the end of the jack. If you own low impedance microphones be aware that there is a problem with the type of jack that you use. Pyle should use different female microphone jacks on this receiver. The new transformer costs $34.50. If you are using high impedance microphone this is not a problem. I still like the receiver a lot.

Does the job
My old receiver started having issues with the volume button and I decided to purchase a new one. I wanted one that was more up to date with the current technology. I went with the Pyle because it is Bluetooth compatible. The most striking feature was that it has a USB port. I listen to much of my music in my vehicle with a USB. It also has an SD slot. I was a bit skeptical due to the low price, but to my surprise it has a nice punch with my Infinity speakers. I don't hear the buzzing noise from the fan others complain about. It could possibly be that they may not have theirs grounded with an antenna wire of some kind. The system is a bit quirky, but not hard to learn if you fumble around with it. One con I am not fond of is there is no power button on the remote control. Overall I would say it is a decent receiver for the price.

Buen sonido, control remoto malo
