No, it doesn't hook up to a phone. It is just a stand-alone digital watch.

Does the timer countdown vibrate?

The TabTime vibrates for 25 seconds on the first alarm and 20 seconds every subsequent alarm

How long should the battery last? I’m quite disappointed with it barely lasting the night (sleeping with the threat of not being woken u on time)

Make sure you have fully charged it by pressing the right-hand button twice and waiting for it to settle on a number. The first time I didn't know I hadn't charged it fully. I have three alarms set on my watch and it lasted two weeks before I had to charge it again.

Is there a stopwatch?
