I bought it last year and used for one month only this year weather is warm put out and tried to used it just fan working , the cooler not taking water up, I am very upset and sad, still waiting for the customer service to check with the company

For an air conditioning unit it’s not that cold. I feel I have paid a few hundred pounds for a powerful fan. I fill it up with water and leave it on all day and my room is still as hot as it usually is on a sunny day. :-(

I Ordered this on the strength of the reviews but I have to say that when it arrived it doesn't seem like great value for £370.00. It is very plasticy, feels quite flimsy and testimony to this was that the one we received was damaged out of the box. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired for an item banging on the door of almost £400.00 and to be honest I was expecting something a lot more substantial. Giving the manufacturer and Amazon the benefit of the doubt I think that our item may have been a previously returned product as the castors were already fitted, the wrench was missing and the box appeared to have been forced closed to seal it (probably as a result of the castors being fitted!!) The instructions are poor, but humorous, well done Google Translator, close but no cigar! We returned it straight away but, based on the reviews, (which I cant ignore) we have ordered the same model again on the off chance that we simply got a rogue the first time; only time will tell and I'll update as and when I can comment on the efficiency of the machine.

The machine is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around. You can hear the fan blowing the air around as you would a normal fan. On the highest setting it is quite strong and also quite loud but that is what i expected The machine cools the air and does what it should do. I like this machine and it was in the sale so even better.

Not an air conditioner as described, it's an air cooler and very noisy . Really not worth the money.

The price was right when I purchased it, but noticed it went up soon after. It does cool well, on really hot days I used the extra cooling with ice blocks (which were supplied), but I mainly used just the fan. As its on castors, it is really easy to move to a position where you will benefit from it most. As for taking it upstairs, I think I would find that a bit of a struggle as it I do not find it very light, but I only need it downstairs so no problem for me. All in a good purchase for the price I paid.

This icyair is fantastic and well made. It does exactly as advertised .all you need to do is put. The caster wheels on top up to a mark couple of LTRs water and a couple of freezer packs (supplied) and your off and running. Well worth the money. Even easy to use from a wheel chair and it has a remote too.

I ordered 3 of these, one each for my kids. When they arrived one unit was cracked and the box damaged. The unit is extremely flimsy and lightweight and doesn’t seem like a quality product. There’s just no strength to them and they feel cheap although they cost £369 each. I would recommend you go in a shop for items like these so you can feel the quality. I have requested a return for all three units.

Hace unas semas compramos un purificador por error, pensando que era un aire acondicionado. Amazon y sus sugerencias inapropiadas. Cuando no encuentra lo que pides, te pone cosas que puede pertenencer al mismo sector pero hacer cosas completamente distintas. Básicamente como comparar a un obrero con el arquitecto. Ambos están relacionados con el sector de la construcción, pero hacen funciones completamente distintas. Al poco de devolverlo, encontramos este; el cual, hasta la fecha, tenía TODAS LAS OPINIONES CON 5 ESTRELLAS. Así que nos lanzamos porque pensamos que era años luz la opción más adecuada. No podemos instalar aire acondicionado por ser una casa VPO y los pingüinos con salida al exterior los considerábamos muy aparatosos y ruidosos. Este parecía encajar en el punto medio entre ambos tipos de aires. Craso error. Todavía me pregunto cuánto les habrá pagado IcyAir a este gente que valoró con 5 estrellas para valorarlo como tal. De verdad que es increíble. Si valiera 50 € todavía. ¿¿¿Pero 360€??? No hace absolutamente ninguna función parecida a un aire acondicionado: no rebaja la temperatura, no enfría (ponemos 2 bolsas de hielo sin agua y sin nada para que el único agua del que tire el aparato sea el producido por los propios hielos y así que expulse más frío), hace ruido y carga bastante el ambiente de humedad. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO PARA NADIE. Ahora al meterme a opinar he visto que merecidamente ya ha bajado 1 estrella este producto, Para mí debería bajar hasta tener 1 o 2 si no baja el precio. Me dijo un amigo que salvo que conozca el producto, nunca compre en amazon productos con menos de 1.000 opiniones. Porque en las primeras 100 puede haber mucho sesgo y variabilidad. Pero que 1.000 ya es un número bastante aceptable de opiniones para tener una idea de si el producto es bueno. Un saludo

Outre le fait que le filtre arrière est troué à 3 endroits et que le panneau arrière a été cassé et semble recollé, cet appareil ne réduit pas la température de la pièce : utilisé avec les bacs à glaçons et laissé tourné pendant 2 h dans une pièce de 20 m² et pas un degré en moins ! En plus cela fait un bruit pas possible ! Alors là c'est zéro total pour cet achat que j'ai retourné.

Wir hatten dieses Gerät gekauft um im Zimmer unseres Sohnes im Sommer die Temperatur um ein paar Grad zu senken. Wir haben uns exakt an die Gebrauchsanleitung gehalten und den Wassertank sogar mit gekühltem Eiswasser inkl. Eiswürfel und mitgelieferten Eispacks befüllt! Nach dem dritten Versuch werden wir jetzt das Gerät zurückgeben! Preis Leistung ist eine Frechheit! Extrem Laut als Lüfter. Keinerlei Schwengbewegung des Luftstrahls festzustellen. Im "kühl" Betrieb eine absolute Katastrophe! Es kühlt nach 1,5 Std Betrieb mit Eiswasser einen 15qm Raum um 0,1 °C!!! Dabei wird ein feuchtwarmes Klima erzeugt das seines Gleichen sucht. Niemals kann man ein Kind in diesem Dampfbad schlafen lassen. Fazit: Rausgeworfenes Geld! Nie wieder!

Je suis totalement satisfaite de mon achat.. Car je sais que je n'ai pas acheter(un climatiseur mobile),mais bien(un refroidisseur) mais j'en suis très satisfaite tout de meme!! Car je n'ai pas l'inconvénient(du tuyau à la fenètre) c'est bien sur un choix!!! C'est mon deuxième appareil..il faut seulement bien savoir sans servir!!
