Color is gorgeous! Looks just like the picture. It has a nice zipper on the side and is soft and smooth. I wish it came in a pack of two but the color I selected didn't have that option. No weird chemical smells and it even came with care instructions.

Ive been wanting silk pillowcases for ages my S.O. Finally sid i could, he used to have satin polyester ones and were annoyed that theud be on the floor when he woke up so i had to convince him with my vast knowledgw of true silk and crap polyester that it woupdnt happen. And it hasnt yet granted I've only used it one night. Silk is great for hair and both my s.o. And i color treat our hair, i use a lot of heat (but im weird and my hair really really likes hot hot heat) ive been shedding hair faster and trying to get my hair back to its strength and volume from pre birth control and im hoping this pillowcase will help to keep my haor breakage to a minimum (i dont have a lot and it happens more to my virgin natural hair then my weirdly healthy bleached and toned hair, i also have scalp issies which dissappear upon bleaching my head, pretty sure i have a higer than usual demodex problem because it explains why i have problems the nicer i treat my hair and scalp, chemicals fix it temporarily and i get relief. Ok back to the pillowcase, i love this thing so much, my hair was still managabpe upon waking up unlike when i use the old cotto pillowcases we have, i have to spend a couple minutes untangling my hair which is below my shoulder blades (lets say 2 feet is a good visualization). So that alone is a plus, i also didnt over heat while sleeping which i usually do so i slept better because i wasnt waking up as often. They are real silk, you can tell by the feel of it and not overheating is another sign since polyester heats you up and makes most people sweat like crazy. Id do a burn test but im not good with precise flame placing and refuse to ruin these luxurious pillowcases. Just buy them, theyre a great price and will safe your skin and hair and sleep.

I’m a newbie with silk textile, but I tried to verify this pillow case was real silk with whatever information was available to me. I measured and weighed my pillow case, and it is indeed 22+ momme weight. It looks and feels like real midweight silk to me as well, and if it were a different material, I don’t think it would weigh out at 22 momme (4.34 grams per square meter = 1 momme.) It seems competently made, and the color (silver gray) is exactly what I expected. As a natural material, it wrinkles with use, as expected. The wrinkles don’t take away from how comfortable it is. If you want something that doesn’t wrinkle, silk may not be for you. There are some very nice synthetic satins. It’s very smooth in one direction (the long side) but not in the other direction (the short side). I don’t know if there’s a weave that is smooth in two or more directions. The outer face is a slightly glossy satin weave, and the inner face is more matte. I’ve been sleeping on it for 2 weeks, and it already has a dozen pulled threads, possibly from my closed loop earrings, but it doesn’t seem like they should snag. The weave isn’t tight enough to prevent snagging an entire thread. A rough fingernail could snag fibers on the tightest weave, but I don’t think whole threads should catch so easily. I’ll definitely be returning the 19 momme version one (also Jimoo, also confirmed momme weight was as expected). I’m only keeping this one because I’ve already used it. If you want real silk for a good price, and you don’t mind if it starts looking a little thrashed after only a few months, this is a good choice. It will still feel good and function just fine. A 25 momme silk will be more slippery, stronger and less wrinkle prone, and if the weave is tighter, possibly less prone to threads pulling. I bought a pair of Love’s Cabin polyester satin pillow cases for $10 and honestly I think they feel more slippery in both directions and will be easier to care for. Unfortunately they don’t come with a zipper, so the pillow slides right out. I haven’t yet found a heavy synthetic satin pillow case as good as Love’s Cabin, except with a zipper. My hair responded about the same between this Jimoo silk pillow case and the Love’s Cabin polyester satin one.

These are excellent pillow cases! I own three of them now, because I like to sleep with multiple pillows. I've been using them about a week and... wow! My face is absolutely glowing, I was so surprised. I have very sensitive skin, and I've noticed my back and neck are also considerably more comfortable, with less irritation. I also have a very sensitive scalp and I'm prone to itching and dryness. These pillow cases have improved that too, I'm genuinely so surprised. It's made a way bigger difference than I thought it would. I will say though, I find these pillow cases to be a little thin as compared to some other mulberry silk items I've purchased in the past, but I don't mind it. They also wash well; I washed on delicate and then dried on very low heat, keeping an eye on them. It would probably be better to air dry. The price point, in particular, is really good for the quality. They fit a standard sized pillow just fine. Zipper works fine, no issues there either. Overall, really nice pillow cases. It's only been a week, so I'll update if any issues arise, but I highly doubt they will. I'm planning to buy more, because the price point is particularly nice.

Silky to touch soft and comfortable. There is a reason why this is half price of blissy. I could wash and dry the blissy pillowcase to instructions without fail, and it remained beautiful in tact for months. This one stains easy and leaves marks.
