I love this Plexus product and prefer buying it on Amazon rather than through an individual seller—it’s always fast, convenient, and good quality. The product itself is magnesium-based and really helps with digestion and reducing bloat. I’ve used it for years and have had consistently positive results. On a couple of occasions, some capsules arrived broken and made a mess, but Amazon customer service handled it quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a very good product, and Amazon remains the best way for me to get it quickly. THIS PRODUCT IS A LIFE SAVER!! ...I have had IBS since I was in middle school and I am now 33. Almost everything back then bloated me, I didn’t go to the bathroom regular whatsoever, therefore would have really bad stomach cramps, and was constantly constipated when I would finally go to the restroom. Not to mention going to several doctors to get test run. Since I started taking these pills years ago they have been like MIRACLE pills. They keep me consistent with a BM everyday and my stomach feels healthy and normal. I can also eat foods now that I used to not be able to like meats and heavier foods that used to tear my stomach up. I take 2 in the AM & PM. Consistently! You won’t regret getting into this healthy routine. If you’re having more trouble going, like while traveling, you can take up to 3 and it helps the process move along better. Also drink a good amount of water with them. Water ALWAYS helps in general with feeling healthy and allowing you to use the restroom. I hope this review helps at least one person have a normal life when going to the restroom and feeling good!! Pass it on!

I have used these for quite some time and I used to order them from Plexus but I stopped my membership so I was happy to see I could get them on Amazon.

For several years my digestive system has worked with fits and starts. My tried and true yogurt/Raisin Bran fix no linger worked. I tried so many other things until a friend recommended Bio Cleanse. It’s worked like a charm since I started taking two daily neatly 2 months ago. I’ve recommended this product to a couple additional friends. Amazing what good friends talk about, crazy huh🤣. Kris
