Excellent support especially for for the Lumbar but helps the Thoracic spine too. But it was a small for me 4ft 11" Otherwise I highly recommend this Back brace and I've tried many.

So far so good it’s early days have arthritis in my spine so I’m hoping it will help with the back pain

This belt was far too wide for me and too rigid so it didn't support my back it left a gap because it didn't follow my bavck curve. Tried to return it but the seller doesn't allow a return so be warned. If i doesn't fit you lose it. Amazon prime was helpful and they issued me a refund.

I am 26, have a disc issue which causes a lot of extended pain and discomfort down one side waist down. I drive 100+ miles a day and work in construction, the extended sitting periods cause me a lot of discomfort. I wear this brace every day, every time i need to sit for more than 5 minutes and when the pain is really bad i throw it on for a couple of hours whilst stood up. I was recommended this back brace and others similar by my chiropractor. Everything about it is spot on but after a few months of daily use it has curled up at the edges, this means i can no longer put it on under my clothes as it causes discomfort on my waist from the velcro and stitched edges. This isn't a biggy because i can still wear it over t shirts etc The brace itself is well put together, especially for the money and i would recommend it, just be aware these sorts of things don't last forever and essentially if you have back problems, your best relief would be from a professional. Prolonged wearing of these will give you a stiff lower back in the long run, use in moderation.

Después de varias semanas usándola he de decir que es maravillosa. Para aquellas personas que no tenemos fortalecida la musculatura de la espalda, viene ideal. Hay que realizar ejercicio pero durante el transcurso y dependiendo del trabajo es esencial está faja. Tenía una. Dorsolumbalgia, ya era la segunda en poco tiempo, es bastante dolorosa, y en mi trabajo tengo que cargar. El caso es que desde que la llevo puesta, al cabo de los 3 o 4 días noté como iba desapareciendo la punzada. Estoy segura que tengo que fortalecer la espalda, pero ayuda muchísimo trabajando, sobre todo si no podemos dedicarnos a curarnos al 100%. No dejo de utilizarla en el trabajo y estoy enormemente agradecida.

La ceintures maintien les muscles lombaires atrophiés et apporte une aide lors des efforts qui sollicitent le dos. Le réglage est facile à modifier. Je ne la porte pas constamment pour ne pas affaiblir d’avantage les muscles.
