This company is a NIGHTMARE
Was led to believe by Provo CS this was an Embossing PLUS die. This is a weird-looking foam on metal die with absolutely NO DIRECTIONS. Of course, I opened the package when I got it thinking the directions must be UNDER the die but it was just a big blue BLANK. Called Corporate & got NO HELP (I think even THEY had no idea how to use it). I was emailed two links by CS on how to use their simple EMBOSSING FOLDERS. Asked to return it and they said I couldn't BECAUSE I'D OPENED IT. The disclaimer on their website says if you use their products incorrectly they're not responsible for damages to your machine or the die. I can't imagine what CRICUIT MACHINE owners go through with this EVIL company. PS The CEO looks like something from a HORROR MOVIE.
