what would i use to cut this sauce up more to sweeten it for ice cream topping?

I would be the wrong person to ask since I like it just the way it is for an ice cream topping. To me it doesn't need to be sweeter for ice cream since the ice cream is already sweet. I like the sweet-salty combination of the two - especially on chocolate ice cream. You might try powdered sugar or honey if you want it sweeter.

Is this liquid enough to be drizzled in a cup without heating?

Yes, it is. the ingredients include peanut/cottonseed oil. This is what makes more liquid and pourable/drizzle.

The product is made at our Cambridge, MA facility. It is indeed made in the US out of US grown Peanuts.

Does this need refrigerated after opening please?

It does not need to be refrigerated. It is best when left at room temperature.
