Take one tablet every day. I feel so much better and not as fatigue as usual.

Check your mg
Product came in good condition and arrived quickly. This is mainly on me, but check how many mg you need of zinc. I was hoping to supplement zinc for immunity, but didn't realize you only need 8mg a day. The maximum recommended on most places I looked is 40mg. So this is a pretty high dose! Maybe some people need 50 but the average person doesn't need more than 8-10, so just be aware that this is high.

Making sure to ward off Covid-19
These Zinc tablets seem to be well made, and I take one every morning after breakfast. It was hard to find decent zinc tablets locally, and these hopefully will last almost 8 months for taking them once a day. Great price and I trust GNC (2 of my neighbors have worked for their facility for probably 20 years or more).
