Love these pans because of how even they cook, easy to clean, great sizes. I use an electric stove, so it is easy to use medium heat, always. I think that is important to follow. I have nothing but great things to say about my pans. I would highly recommend them! with gas ranges, it may be more difficult to use medium heat, but I do not have them. I use between the number 5-6 on my electric range. perfect always, and so easy to clean even if I let them sit out - don't like to do that, but with homeschooling, and being a grandmother full-time to two, it happens

This was the best purchase I've made when it comes to a pan. It looks exactly like how it's pictured. A his quality pan as well. The pan is deep so you can make big portions or fry a nice amount in it.

This pan by Cooking Light is smaller than my 12-inch T-Fal sauté pan, but it’s still big enough for my needs, cooking for only two adults. The non-stick surface is slicker than T-Fal’s, which looked more like Teflon. My T-Fal pan lid had a bare metal handle, but the Cooking Light lid handle is wrapped with a – feels like silicone – so I can touch it without a mitt or towel. This pan is great for skillet meals like pasta & vegetables, omelets, or an egg-sausage scramble. Wipes clean with a paper towel when just oily; let it cool after cooking eggs or anything rose that leaves a lot of material behind, and a damp paper towel will do just fine then too. I fully recommend the Cooking Light 4-quart Deep Cooker. (FYI, the red one has a beautiful finish!)

This pan was a great pan but did not last long. We may cook too hot. Food began to stick to the bottom within 3 months of use.

I love the color... beautiful pan! Good size for 2 people. Cleans well. Looks brand new after 8 days of use. Food slides right out of the pan. I have made frittatas, gravy, salmon cakes and goulash and many dishes. Browns meat well without burning. I made the Spam rice dish from TV and it turned out perfect. Love the brand wish I could find a 4 quart to match.

The best pan I have had in a long time. Super easy to clean and cooks the food great. Size is exactly what I was looking for. Sides are tall enough I can use it for larger dishes instead of needing to get my Dutch oven out. Heats evenly and browns meat nicely. Haven't cooked on high yet, but have done medium-high a few times and it is still in the same condition. Other pans I've tried have warped or the non-stick coating has disappeared after a few meals at that heat level.

I actually like it a lot more than I was expecting to and now you've mine for almost everything it was well worth the money

The Best. Lightweight which was most important. Nonstick. Next important. Great to cook or warm up quickly with a lid. Wide like a pan but has a higher edge 3 inches. I love it!
