These examples are basic Any nurse should already know. I thought it would Give more ideas And be a little bit more in depth

This book is just what I have been looking for. I am a fairly new nurse and feel as though I struggle with notes because I don't know how to "write like a nurse" (ex. short sentences instead of long winded explanations). This book provides the basics on how to write like a nurse, with quick tips and references that are useful.
