I hope the Terrapin Ridge Ginger Wasabi Sauce will be come available again soon! I love mixing the sauce with a bit of soy sauce and some Mirin to make a good dip for vegetable spring rolls, pot stickers, roasted tofu, and more...It makes for yummy comfort food!

IT IS BEYOND DELICIOUS - IT ENHANCES EVERYTHING I PUT IT ON; NOT RESTRICTED TO DIFFERENT FISH AS SUGGESTED ON LABEL; I LOVE IT ON STEAK OR A BURGER TOO. WON'T BE WITHOUT A JAR EVER AGAIN. This is one of my all time favorite dips for spring rolls, fried wontons, and as a sauce for grilled pork. One jar lasts me about 9-12 months.

This is fabulous. I was buying the same flavor from another company for twice the price. I’m so glad I tried this instead it goes great on sandwiches, wings, meats. I absolutely love this mustard.

I was reluctant to order this product because of several reviews that stated their item came opened. I'm happy to say that mine was extremely well packed with bubble wrap and foam. The taste is exactly what I expected, very flavorful with a bit of a kick. I will definitely be ordering this again once I run out.

I had been buying a Ginger Wasabi sauce for years from another company, but they changed their ingredients. I stumbled onto Terrapin Ridge Farms Ginger Wasabi Sauce! This is so delicious! Turns out this is way better than what I had bought before & it's cheaper! I absolutely Love this! I put this on my sandwiches, hamburger and pork chops!!

Jar had previously been opened with sauce oozing out from under the lid. Others apparently have had the same experience. BTW, this product is not eligible for a return based on Amazon's return policy.

My daughter is very sensitive to peppers but craves spicy. She uses this as a substitute for BBQ sauce with pulled pork or adds it to Dal to give it a needed kick. We love this stuff. Its also good with smoked whitefish salad, and tuna salad. I also like to dip sweet potato fries in it. I just wish it were not so pricey and came in a larger quantity.
