Brooks Women's Levitate 2 Running Shoes

These are so comfortable!

This is a great shoe. The color is vibrant.I feel light in these shoes and my foot doesn't feel too loose or tight. The laces end at the bend of your foot and it's a little getting used to. The arch is not as pronounced as I thought it would be, I have flat feet and over pronate on my left foot making my ankle feel weak. These shoes do not offer ankle support, but they have enough of an arch that my ankle doesn't wobble. I think this is a good starter shoe for people that require orthopedic inserts but need to adjust slowly. I have inserts and will update once I use them with these shoes.

I was a skeptic and (in hindsight) probably a little unreasonable. Many of my friends are Brooks users, but I didn't really want to join the crowd. I thought they were a little too expensive and likely not much better than other name brand running shoes. In my obstinance I tried Nike (multiple styles), Asics, and Adidas. Though each shoe was okay and some even really comfortable, I noticed some recurring strains as a result of my runs. Little things that on the whole were okay, but actually made me more prone to injury and aches. I finally broke down and bought the Brooks (it only took me a few years), and I have to say, they live up to the hype. They aren't as 'cushy' as some of the others but my running form is much better as a result of the shoe's design. That means less aches and more comfort day in and day out. I guess I'm a believer now...join the club.

I received the wrong color. Same shoe and correct size, just different colors. I did like the color scheme I received and the color I originally ordered was no longer available in my size. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly to my message and offered a $50 courtesy refund if I would like to keep the pair of shoes I received. I agreed, because I did like them and my original pair was no longer available Excellent customer service!About the shoe.....love it! Went on my first run in them this morning and they felt amazing! Wore the same size I wear in my other versions of Brooks. Seriously fits like a glove on my foot and so so comfortable

These are the BEST shoes I’ve ever had! They support my arches perfectly. The cushion is perfect for running and walking on a road. And I love the way the top “hugs” my ankles to help it fit like a sock almost. I’ve always had foot pain from rolling my feet in. This summer, when I got shin splints from the amount of walking I do on hard hospital floors plus my workouts, my daughter recommended Brooks. I am SO happy I followed her advice! My feet and shins have loved the day these shoes arrived!

These run just a bit big but they are ok with thicker socks. I love how comfortable they are, very cushioned and springy when you walk. I am not a runner so can not comment on that but I do enjoy them for walking and being on my feet for 9 hrs, no complaints there. I have a high arch and tend to over pronate. I love the bright color of these as well! I had a profile done by brooks 2 yrs ago and these and the Ravenna were recommended. I owned the Ravenna and I have to be honest and say they were made better. Unfortunately these have not worn as well, the sole is beginning to peal from the toe on one sneaker :( I have only had them 4 months and only wear 2 times a week. Disappointed with that but maybe my pair was defective?Edited June 26- I reached out to Brooks customer service with an email , my order details and attached a photo of the defect. They responded promptly and are mailing me will be REPLACING my sneakers! Hoping the next pair wears better. Very happy with their customer service and will continue to buy their products.
