I just received this today and I particularly like that it came sealed by the manufacturer so that I can safely assume that I am the first and only one who has used it. It looks like a nice case and fits well around the unit and the zipper seems to work well. This is what I was looking for—something to protect the machine. I will put it in a packing cube with the hose, mask, and power cord to keep everything together and organized and to save space. I have not used it yet and will update my review if anything noteworthy occurs.

In preparation for a European vacation, my wife was looking where I could get distilled water in the UK/France/Germany and it wasn't looking good. Then she saw a post about a couple who got the AirMini CPAP for traveling. We had a week before our trip, I stopped by my CPAP supply company, and bought one. The CPAP came with a cloth travel bag which wouldn't protect the CPAP from traveling around in my carry-on backpack. Then I went looking for something with a little protection. This case is made for the Mini. It fits perfectly. As it is the Mini fits in the palm of my hand and this case isn't much bigger, yet it is a "hard" case. I put the CPAP in this case and then in the cloth bag and didn't give it another thought. I felt confident that the Mini would be protected. It easily survived 3 weeks in Europe and is now my dedicated travel CPAP. Much easier to lug around the Mini versus the full sized CPAP. For how the Mini is marketed, I would think this travel case would be included, but it's not. Definitely recommend if you travel a fair amount.
