I'm a naturally inflexible person, and have suffered three posterior chain strains over the past year (lower back, hamstring, and glutes). The hope is that this massage gun will help me limber up before lifting, break up scar tissue from my series of injuries, and increase blood flow to the area of my most recent strain a month ago. And while I can't yet speak with 100% certainty as to the long-term efficacy of massage guns, using the Sonic has been helping me considerably with morning stiffness around my injured area and prepping the fascia for stretching/rehab exercises. I've been using it for about two weeks now as I edit this review, and while my injury still seems to lock up if I go too hard in the gym, I think using the Sonic has allowed me to get back in the game just a bit sooner after each overreach than I otherwise would be able to. As to the Sonic's usability, the build quality and design seem quite good (and the lifetime guarantee certainly helps boost my confidence in the product), with a decent amount of heft to the device while not being overly tiring for me to hold, except perhaps when I'm holding a particularly awkward contortion while lying down to try to relax the targeted muscle group while I massage it. If you have a friend or partner to help, it should be a complete non-issue. In any case, the material of the handle allows for a very solid grip, and the length of the handle is good enough for me to hit everything but my calves and feet while keeping my body straight. I haven't had any problems with battery life, and the multiple speed settings and attachments have all come in useful for different applications/muscle groups. Finally, the X factor with this is IMO that it's just easy and kind of fun to use, which has been a big reason why I've used it every day since buying it. I'm somebody who despises the awkwardness and pain of foam rolling, and have probably foam rolled less than a dozen times at home despite having owned a roller for around a decade and needing a lot of work on my fascia. A massage gun is just a lot easier to use while you're cooling down and watching TV, with no need to constantly switch positions on the floor to hit different muscles, balance painfully on a rolling object, or search for adhesions with your entire body weight. If you're like me, I think the simple fact that you will be much more likely to consistently work on loosening up your muscles with a massage gun versus a roller gives this additional value.

I bought this machine because a similar one was used on me during physical therapy and I like how it massaged my muscle that was aching. And so far not a bad product. Decent price has different levels of pressure n come with different pieces I guess for different parts of the body so far this on the machine now is the piece me and my husband like to use. The battery life does not last long I give a full battery life like a day in a half before it needs to be recharged again. But besides that I like it. And will be using it as long as I can for aches and pain relief on different muscles/body parts

This thing is amazing! I was hesitant that it would be a cheap knock off of the way more expensive brands, but that is not the case. The battery life is amazing, we have used it countless times, on various settings and it is still on its 1st charge! (as soon as it arrived I plugged it in and allowed it to fully charge per the instructions) I was expecting the battery to need a recharge but it is at currently at 60%! & we have been using it daily, anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes at a time, for a week and a half now. This works great for my wife's back pain, my plantar fasciitis, and sore muscles (my cats love this as well, on the lowest setting with the ball attachment, haha) I am worried that the attachments might wear out from changing them so often, but I have yet to see any wear. (if the seller could reach out to me about what is the correct type of lube they used so I could add more if/when it is needed that would be great) Anyways zero complaints and 5 stars all around!

Works exactly as claimed. Excellent quality, long battery life before recharge is needed. Attachments help to provide exact relief. Love it!
