Love this stuff!! To me, it tastes like a very mild black tea. I drink it hot and iced. I’m 37w3d pregnant now and I’ve been drinking 2 cups a day to help prep for birth. But prior to my pregnancy, I drank it on my period to help ease cramps.

I like the tea. I planned on using drinking this prior to going into labor but ended up having the baby very early. I now drink this post partum as raspberry leaf tea has several good benefits for women’s reproductive system and post partum. Also, something other than water to keep me hydrated with breastfeeding. It’s also a natural galactagogue which helps increase your milk supply.

I bought these as baby shower gifts. I personally like drinking raspberry leaf tea and I think that Yogi is a very high quality brand.

I love Yogi tea! This one’s great mixed with lemon during that time of the month.

I purchased this tea in the hopes that it would help me prepare my body for labor. I drank a TON of this stuff and I usually don’t like tea. It’s got a very light flavor even after steeping for a long time, and I actually really enjoy it! (If you’re looking for a strong flavored tea this is NOT IT) I’m not sure if you can really tell if a tea is what made for a good or bad labor… BUT my labor was super fast, and my doctor made a lot of compliments throughout my late pregnancy and birth on how my body was preparing for labor.

I am pregnant for the first time and began having intense cramping (similar to a charlie horse or muscle spasm) in my torso around my uterus. I began drinking this tea daily to aid in a good labor and delivery, but discovered it did much more! My uterus stopped cramping. I went a few days without the tea and the spasms returned, but as soon as I got back into my routine it subsided. I like to pour it over ice, then add some lemonade. It tastes like an Arnold Palmer when done this way. It should be noted the tea is bitter, and has a similar taste to black tea but with a slight subtle sweetness. I have also had success just mixing in some honey. Very grateful I found this. As far as the product goes, I have only had one tea bag break, the rest have held up well and done their job for a convenient steeping experience.
