Very helpful
Initially I was a little concerned about this making me too drowsy or sedated because I use it for anxiety. If im not taking my medication that night I’ll take this an hour before I go to sleep (I can’t relax without feeling anxiety creep up on me at night). It works perfectly and relaxes you. You never feel too tired or worn down. Sleep is restful and you don’t feel sluggish the next day!

Sleeping through the night!
Plagued by waking up in middle of night & unable to fall back asleep, I thought I’d try lemon balm. So far, I’ve had a full night’s sleep every night I’ve taken it. With it, I am able to fall asleep again even if I wake up in the middle of the night. No residual grogginess in morning and no feeling of being drugged at all. Just a full night of restful sleep! Lemon Balm
I have Hashimoto's and learnt that this is caused by Epstein Barr virus, for which Lemon Balm is a good natural remedy. This product smells great, was easy to swallow, so was disappointed to learn that Lemon Balm can counteract the benefits of prescribed thyroid meds.

Do the research and get started
I love lemon balm! I’ve used it on and off for years. I use mine as a stack. I am post menopausal and I eat a very low carb two things that can definitely affect sleep. My stack is: L-Theanine, ashwaganda, magnesium and lemon balm. I’ve provided the stack. If it sounds interesting take your sleep seriously and research for yourself the dosages. I do not take melatonin because supplemental melatonin leaves me drowsy all day. With my stack I make sure I keep strict sleep schedule. I live in the desert where it’s 90 degrees by 8:30 am and can get up to 115+ so I get up early to beat and greet the sun. I’m up at 4:45 an and out for my 3.5 mile walk at 5:05 and I am in bed lights out phone off between 8:10- 8:30 pm. It took a while to get used to this schedule but I’m seeing some amazing results with my way of eating, getting a great nights sleep and working with my circadian rhythm. People on health and weight loss journeys often forget how about the crucial impact of their sleep window — especially for hormone balance, fat loss, adrenal recovery, and reducing inflammation. Most menopausal women feel best with 7.5–9 hours. Not only does the stack help me get sleep and wake up energized there are many other benefits.
