Apple iPhone 11, 64GB, Yellow (Renewed)

Quick delivery, no problems with it at all. Was a little worried buying a refurbished phone but will do so again when it’s time to replace

I was really impressed with the delivery and the quality of this phone. I did not expect it to come with a phone plug, charger and screen protector. No marks on this phone either.

Received the phone and had issues from the start, the sim holder anger multiple SIM cards, the battery was a replacement that the iPhone wouldn’t accept, there were issues with connectivity (took to Apple Store where I was informed that damage had been caused internally from where the battery had been changed), continuous overheating… sent the phone back which was then returned to me ‘fixed’ with now a new screen which the iPhone did not accept, all the previous issues unresolved plus additional issues with the mic and speakers (because they changed the screen). Have now sent back again and requested a refund (we are still in our 1 year warranty as well) and have been given only half the money back even though they damaged the phone. I recommend going anywhere else but here. If I could give negative stars I would.

Wrong colour was sent but device works well and great condition, wasn't time to send back as it was a present.

lasted ages but the battery life is shocking noe but thats just iphones for you not a bad phone at all

Everything about the phone was fine until I reached the end of installation only to discover that it was locked. The seller’s response was quick and professional which was a credit to them.

Delivery was prompt and as described. A nice touch by the vendor - they enclosed a small packet of Hambros jelly sweets with goods. After great difficulty in activating the iphone - the cause being entirely my fault - it works as new. Thank you.
