Works well for me. I clamp it in a Vevor ball vise. Insert the screw through a metal cone, then through a die, then into the support. Tighten until your ring is secure.At 1/10 the cost of a name brand, give it a try!

Great inside ring holder! I was certainly skeptical, given the price, but it works like it should and I'm very happy with it. It doesn't rotate once the ring is secure, though, if you're looking for that kind of functionality like for engraving. If you just need the ring to sit still in one place or don't mind loosening it to rotate it, then this is perfect for you.

I just received my Ring Settings tool, all is ok excepting the hole on the bottom to attach the tool on a desk, there is no hole on the bottom, but all of pictures show a hole on it...I'm a bit disappointed... It's useless to set a ring without this hole to attach it... It's impossible to set, and I don't want to buy a vice just for it...
