Handmade Chrome Moon Phase Clock in Solid Brass case - Elegant Full Moon Wall Clock with white dial, Perfect Decorations and Gift

These moon clocks have a very nice finish, and I use them as gifts. A piece of wood, some paint(stain), a hand mill, and a 3018 CNC machine bought on Amazon - that's almost all I need for this. My only complaint is the the clock ticks in the wrong direction, like an ordinary clock. The Moon, on the other hand, actually moves from the west to east, that's why it's position always is more to the east the next day, than the day before. As an amateur astronomer, it would be more logical to me if this clock was a mirror of itself, then what it is today. I am probably alone thinking this way..(?). Anyhows - this moon clock is highly recommended!

I waited until a full moon before putting the battery in at the correct time and it works lovely, looks good next to my Tabic clock.

Got this for Christmas with a tide clock as well. These are top quality. Had them mounted on oak and they look fantastic. They seem to be accurate at the moment but until there is a full moon I cannot set them both exactly. Definitely recommend.

due to imperfections on the rim, and dents from inner rim to the glass. Hopefully I can get a replacement that is perfect. It is for birthday present, has to be perfect. It won't let me add the photos for some resason.??

A photo of mine wouldn't do it justice but know that it is as it seems. It arrived in it's own fragile-marked amazon box, beautifully packaged by the creator with a couple extra info cards. I felt like a kid when I unboxed it. I love having it out on display, hearing it tick, and can only imagine it could be better with a stand as an option for display. Mine will end up on the wall, hopefully next to another similar piece. I feel $150 is pricey but it is an interesting, conversational, quality piece of decor.

Beautiful clock, just wish it came with calibration instructions.
