These work but it can take a day or two. They are gentle on the stomach and the taste isn’t bad. They are like gummy vitamins. Taken regularly they work daily and you will get on a schedule. They do help you go.

I've spent so much money on fiber you drink only to not keep up with it after 3 days because of the texture and the uncomfortable feeling after. These gummies are really cool. I'm only taking one a day till about the 2 week mark to avoid side effects. I'm on a glp-1 and it's helping me with being more regular. Pretty tasty too. I like to chew them really slowly while taking small sips of water till it eventually dissolves. Makes it an interesting sensory experience.

I try to get a good amount of fiber from my diet but it's hard to get to the recommended amount of fiber per day so I take these at lunch time as a boost. The flavor is nice and I like the texture. They are chewy but I think that's to be expected with any gummy vitamin. They aren't overly chewy and I don't find that they stick to my teeth. Unfortunately, they do tend to stick together and create one GIANT gummy that you have to smush down and try to pull off a serving at a time. It's not difficult to do that until you get closer to the end of a bottle when the 'group' of gummies can sometimes stick at the bottom and not come to the spout with shaking. I did a lot of comparison shopping and for the price and carbs (a concern of mine) these had the most fiber and least amount of sugar. Hopefully they help with my gut health!

They’re so delicious! I’ve struggled with constipation my entire life and usually just take Metamucil (still do) but these definitely help for mornings I’m in a rush, could use the extra fiber, and don’t have time to create a whole concoction.

🇺🇸 they are difficult to chew up. They seem to work as subscribed. I don’t know about the vitamins, but the fiber works effectively would purchase again.🇺🇸
