Its a game changer Love being able to attach the hose to tools but not pressurize the tool till your ready . I love this 2 stage quick coupler. Well built, quick grip rubber on the top make it so easy to secure to the fitting and doesnt allow air to pass through until you push that lockup which is nice cause you can still connect your hose but leave pressure out of what ever your using like grinder or sand blaster so noone accidentally hits the trigger or paddle or when you put the tools down no worries on if the trigger is gonna get pushed in and have your tool take off next to you.. has connected to every fitting I have and use and I am purchasing more for myself.

I really like the a Milton 5 in One couplers. I originally used them just about everywhere but they are a bit bulky and can easily depressurize the tool you’re using by accidentally sliding the collar back when using them in the tool-end. I now use them exclusively on the manifold/regulator/filter ends. The one thing that makes me not want to use them on the tool-end is the very thing I favor on the manifold side, the ability to keep a hose plugged in without it being pressurized; just slip the collar towards you and you’re good to go and if you don’t want to leave the hose pressurized, slide the collar back when you’re done. On the tool-end, I prefer the Prevost S1 European/high flow safety couplers. (See last photo) They also prevent hose-whip and have the added benefit of having to press a button but even after that, the Prevost coupler doesn’t eject the fitting/hose like the Milton 5 in One does but there are a caveat, the Prevost ONLY accepts one style, whichever one you bought. I’ve heard some people have issues with hoses leaking because the a Milton 5 in One is exactly what it is named, you can use 5 different fittings with them; automotive (T), industrial (M), European/high flow (V), ARO (A) and Lincoln (L). I do love the Milton 5 in One, so far but I just find them a little too bulky on the tool-end. I do think that either way you choose to go, you can’t go wrong, it’s just a matter of personal preference.

I got this for the end of my hose reel so that i could connect anything to it and wouldnt have 2 spend a bunch of money to get a bunch of the same connector and it works as advertised. I can hook the hose up to any of my pnuematic tools, the sandblaster or any of my hose extensions or air chucks and im good to go, no air leaks or issues at all. Saved me a ton of money and headache

Cons: - I have every standard and metric size wrench known to man, however, not a single one of them fit the hex part of this used to tighten the threaded connection, had to use an adjustable wrench to thread them on. - Kind of big and heavy compared to regular quick disconnect hose couplings. - There’s no instructions on how to use it, but it’s pretty simple to figure out. - Not sure how long it will last before what ever seals it internally starts to leak and no obvious way to rebuild it, but maybe that’ll never be a problem. - Kind of on the pricey side. - Using it on the tool end of my hose I notice it occasionally slips or gets caught on things resulting in the air bleeding from it. It needs a way to either lock it in position or reverse the direction you slide it so it doesn’t slide the pressure release sleeve open when dragging it around. Pros: - Works excellent at the stationary connections I plug my hoses into at the wall. Allows me to bleed all the air out of the hose before releasing it. I love it for this purpose. - It works exactly as advertised, bleeds air out of the tool before disconnecting it. - Very simple to use. - Seems to be superior quality. - Looks nice. I liked it enough that I ordered 2 more to go on the compressor end of my air hoses, now I can bleed all the air out of hoses before disconnecting them. The larger size and slightly heavier will be no big deal at that end and there’s a lot more air to bleed out when disconnecting the entire hose.

These by far exceeded my expectations. The appearance of them are great, it was hard to judge how big they were in the pictures, but they are a good size and fits well to grip. Love the way how easy it is to push on and pull off your tools or hoses without the pressure from the charged line, this product allows you to close off the pressure from tool to hose allowing you to easily push into your fitting and slide it back open to start using. Using them from tank to hose is also very useful. They fit well, no air leakage. They are built and designed well. This fitting allows you to easily change hoses by closing the pressure from the tank and allow the charged line to clear with out the back Pressure to for the hose back on you. Would like different color option from this manufacturer. But Great product.

This is a great air connector. The OEM one on my compressor, and the replacements from the import tool store, just didn't last long at all. This one is still going strong with no leaks. I especially like that it takes two operations to to disconnect a hose - depressurize, then release. Keeps knuckleheads from blowing hoses off and letting them fly around the job site and hurting somebody. I'm surprised OSHA doesn't require something like this. I've heard complaints of other brand's versions of this type of connector vibrating into de-pressurizing when the compressor is running. This one has never done that once. Just works. The O-rings on the outside that help you grip the connector when connecting/disconnecting a hose, can roll out of their groves, but you can grab it just as well without them. I think they're just eye candy. Really happy with this connector.

I’ve used air hoses for over 40 years and this product is bar none the best you can get. So easy.

Takes various air fittings and does the job very well.

I’m a mechanic and i’ve injured my wrist due to a bad adaptor which was too hard to plug and unplug. This one, wow. It glides to easyly! You don’t have to put strenght to plug or unplug an air tool! My Life has completely changed since I installed it!! Every mechanic should have this. I’m curious to see in how much time it Will need to be replaced. I have it since 2 months and no problem to date. I’ll update this review if something goes bad.

Ordered 5th of May a blooming long time coming but the item looks good

I bought this for my wife, because she has difficulty connecting the air hose to fill her bicyle tires, or car tires. It can be difficult for myself at times connecting some of my air tools as well. Well let me tell you this thing is worth every penny. So easy to connect and disconnect any air tool. Wish I had one of these years ago.
