Mathematical Genius
This was a God Send. I took a Cal-1 class and not only got an A in the class, but I scored a 100 on the final exam and my overall semester average was a 96.5. This book helped me so much. Granted I put the time in, but the examples and detailed explanations gave me a deep understanding.

Clear, well written and uncluttered
This is a very well written and clear text on advanced calculus. I really like how the pages are well laid out without all the clutter that so many textbooks include that I'm sure few students ever read. Topics are well explained, key points clearly identified and highlighted, and illustrated with examples and well thought out figures. Lots of good problems with solutions to odd-numbered. The hard copy version I got had heavy bond cutouts at the end to use for chapter review. I bought this book so I could help my daughter with her college Adv. Calculus class. I can review the material, do the problems and then we discuss over Skype. I use an external camera with Skype to illustrate concepts and help her understand the key ideas.

Cheap rental
Great price for a student rental, needed book for class.

Right book, good price.
All of the reviews that mention this book begins on chapter 10 scared us off. We decided to purchase at the University bookstore, instead. (at triple the cost) Imagine the surprise when we opened that book and saw it too began at chapter 10! This is the correct edition for our class.

Perfit for my class
This book is exactly one fit my professor's requirement. Though at the very beginning I was worry about if it is the correct one since the book does not begin with chapter one. However, after I confirmed with my professor, I was confirmed this is the book for my class.

The only complaint I have is that the pages are very thin. Was flipping through some pages and already got a tear. It was my fault of course just, if you buy it, be careful not to turn quickly. Other than that the book is great๐.
