expensive for what it is but if you want to match your existing base level CX 1x setup you can't go wrong.

Direct replacement, worked perfectly
Came with the hood and cable, in case you are wondering. Easy install and works perfectly. Bought to replace a cracked one and wish I hadn’t waited so long to replace it. If you’re swapping the boot for a different color ( as I was ) it’s much easier to use rubbing alcohol to slide the boot on/off the lever.

Pay Money for new product, but get used old stock
I didn't want to purchase a used Sram lever off someone else because I didn't want to deal with the used, sticky hoods. However, that was a mistake on my part since purchasing this "New" lever also came with dirty sticky hoods. You're better off buying a used lever for a fraction of the price and purchasing a new hood replacement instead. Will be sending this product back.

Habe mein Tourenrennrad von 3-fach auf 1-fach umgebaut. Ich habe den Shimano Schalt- bremshebel wegen der Optik und die nicht mehr benötigte Schaltfunktion gegen den Rival Bremshebel getauscht. Der Umbau war einfach. Super finde ich die Griffweiteneinstellung, ich habe damit eine für mich ideale Einstellung vornemen können. Natürlich funktioniert der Sram-Bremshebel mit meiner Shimano 105 Felgenbremse problemlos.
