Works great, easy to use, good build quality. As maintenance it’s a very quick and versatile wire stripper. Like the holder that catches the stripped wire end.

It works great on single 16 gauge to full 7 wire trailer cable with old hard casing. I love the self turning blade. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a spare blade, and the blade height adjustment is right where you grip it with your fingers and there's no lock so you have to be careful not to adjust the blade while you"re using it since it adjusts super easy

It took a little practice to figure out how to use the sheath stripping; but once you understand it, it works quite quickly. The small wire stripping section is a convenient tool, although it needs another smaller gauge hole

Robusta, cómoda y con cuchillas de Solingen que dejan cables perfectos sin dañar conductores. Ajuste fácil, rango amplio y construcción para durar: una vez que la usás, no querés otra.

Bought this tool first - Fell for the German engineering maybe? And the nice color. It worked once or twice when I tested it. The adjustment wheel feels sloppy and unreliable. The wheel also spins the blade as adjustments are made. It was pretty clear immediately that this wasn't a tool I was going to be happy to have in my toolbox. Then I bought the Stedi model, also available here. The difference in quality is stark. The Weicon, despite the German engineering, is 60 grams of plastic crap. The Stedi model weighs in at 160 grams - Feels solid in the hand, and is a tool that seems like it'll last. Plus it does a nice job stripping cable. So if it is between those 2, I'd go for the Stedi.

Für die Installation meiner Küche habe ich mir das Abisoliermesser von weicon neu gekauft. Am Anfang dachte ich man kann damit nur den Rundschnitt machen, dann erst habe ich gecheckt das man für den Längsschnitt direkt das Werkzeug ziehen kann und sich dabei das innere Messer dreht. Alle verlegten Leitungen hab ich dann mit dem Abisoliermesser zuverlässig entmantelt. Das weicon ist gut verarbeitet und sehr robust. Außerdem hat das Abisoliermesser eine eingebaute Hakenklinge, die echt scharf ist. Bin echt sehr zufrieden mit dem Teil – liegt gut in der Hand und das entmanteln geht einwandfrei.

E la produzione completamente tedesca è una garanzia di qualità e affidabilità se rapportata alla marea di prodotti che arrivano dall'Asia. Ho utilizzato questo coltello per svariati lavori, sia in ambito professionale che per piccoli interventi domestici, e in ogni occasione mi ha fornito risultati rapidi e precisi. In conclusione, lo strumento è un prodotto che va ben oltre le mie aspettative iniziali. È uno strumento professionale, preciso, affidabile e sostenibile, che rappresenta un investimento sicuro per chiunque lavori con i cavi elettrici. Fantástico pelacables. Estaba cansado de perder la mitad de los hilos cada vez que lo hacía con tijera o alicate, y ahora sí, queda perfecto. Con la opción de regulación según grosor y luego el corte longitudinal, quedan perfectos
