Reviews are fantastic but please advise if this is OK for my grand-daughter who will be 11 in May or is it too young for her?

Hi, this is a nice big build - if she likes LEGO, she will enjoy it. To be honest though, with her age, she is at the top end of this style. She may prefer one of the Disney Princesses or Frozen sets - or if she has a lot of LEGO, maybe even a Creator set? Kind regards Ray (Rarebrix)

What is unique packaging?

Mine arrived in its Lego box and suitably packaged. I would expect Amazon would send it well packaged, as always

It is not hard , but Daddy had a fair input in the construction. Maybe a bit fiddly for younger children
