Wasn't worth it, only able to salvage one Walmart.

Does this material float?

I’m sure it would sink, it’s heavy , I doubt it would float.

Would this work for a indoor water fountain that splashes water?

i use this for my outdoor fountain that splashes a lot. I have a wall fountain that has 3 outlets. the taller water outlet splashes a lot, so I cut this square in half and it reduces the splash quite a bit. I have been using it for 3 years. the water compressed certain areas so now I am replacing with a new one.
