It’s not paraben free. I only put it on the lengths of my hair, not on the roots. So it’s fine!

How often do you use it?

Yes it’s very easy to use. Just squirt on your hair, squeeze down the hair and wait for a few minutes, then wash off. My hair is extremely long and it’s fantastic. It’s a good idea to leave it on for at least five minutes

Inthinkndeoenss on your hair type, two shampoos I would recommend, jooco moisture, excellent for dry hair but and joice k-pak colour protection if you have coloured hair, both of these will add nutrients to you hair, preventing the need to wash so quickly therefore getting the most out of the k water treatment. You can buy these in a salon or on amazon for half the price. Hope that helps 😁
