I mix this pigment with paint and make glow in the dark paintings with my kids. This pack is the perfect variety of colors and if you use just a little bit, it glows really well! It works so well that it even works with other items! (paints, gels, etc.) And it REALLY DOES make the resined items glow in the dark. You can swirl it in layers or make the whole thing glow with just a little bit of the powder. A little bit goes a long way, making your dollar go longer so it's definitely worth the price. I still have some and we must've used this in about 20 different projects. We recharge them with a UV light. It's pretty amazing.

These powders are really good especially considering the price. They were easy to mix in with my resins and didn't get in the way of curing either the UV or two part resins. They hold light really well and a lot of the colors radiate a significant amount of light off of them, be it in the bottle or on your project. They hold light for a while, maybe like 5-10 minutes depending on how long they were exposed and the strength of the light you shinned on them. I find that uv lights make them shine brighter, and my uv nail dryer didn't make them shine as bright as my little uv flashlight so the power of your glow will vary. The powders do tint whatever you're mixing them with so that's something to keep in mind. The white ones will make your resin foggy, but I've also found that mixing the powders with mica powders or resin dyes doesn't affect the color they glow. You'll need to use a significant amount of these powders to get a consistent glow however. That's really the only downside.

These powders work ok, but they do not hold their charge for very long and they are not very bright, even after sitting out in the unfiltered sunlight for hours. So, I would say it’s ok, but if you are wanting something bright, you will have to looks somewhere else. I give it 4 stars because it is easy to mix with your projects, use, and add color, but doesn’t add much to glowing.

Got what I expected

Not very bright

I've gotten into resin casting and have enjoyed mixing mediums into the resin to see what results I get. These powders have become a staple for me! I also do FDM style 3D printing as another hobby, and I've seen so many instances of glow-in-the-dark filament being touted for it's luminescent properties, only to read reviews and see no one has had such results. When I saw how much people liked these powders, I actually got suspicious but my curiosity got the better of me, so I ordered them. Again, these powders produce such great results that they've become a staple for me! Whether it's a little powder mixed in for a subtle coloring and glow for a water diorama, or a lot of powder mixed in for a really glow-y animal figurine, these powders work really well, mix in easily and produce consistent results regardless of the color selected. I only have a low end smartphone, and the photos I get from it do not do the castings made with resin and this powder justice, so I've omitted attaching photos to this review. I've had these powders for a while now as well, and I've had no issues with degradation or such. When I run out of these, I'll be back for more!

Havent had a chance to use them yet, but with a UV light, most of the colours glow very bright.

Great product! Great glow. I was impressed and pleased with this product. Tip: when using some colours need a white base (e.g sky blue) This doesn’t prevent you from having a dark background just put white under where your gonna paint with the powder. It works wonders.
